project_kr to IEM5 World C'ship

The Intel Extreme Masters organizing committee has announced South Korean project_kr as the final team for the IEM5 World Championship.

Two spots for the IEM5 World Championship had been set aside for Asia. With TyLoo claiming the one spot up for grabs in the Chinese qualifier, fingers were pointed at the former WeMade FOX squad as the team to receive the second spot.

Just as predicted, the spot was today given to projeckt_kr, who will debut at CeBIT with their latest addition Young Mo "enemy" Ahn, who replaced the exiting Sun Ho "termi" Pyun.

yeah, it was all lurppis, intelligent comment, because CS is only a 1 man game, right? And whoever said n0thing was arrogant... what!?! I don't think there could be a nicer guy tbh, n0thing, dboorN, and Irukandji are all quite community involved and are really nice guys. fRoD and Storm have been pros forever, and back in the days (03-06) pros would get 1000 pms a day, so they are a little more secretive and quiet to the community. not liking one player shouldn't condemn an entire team though.

fRoD's been an ahole for a long time, but storm's just sort of quiet. I get the impression he's a pretty okay guy, just doesn't talk a whole lot. As for the rest of this comment, I completely agree. I don't know how anyone can call out n0thing for being arrogant, the kid's super nice to everyone... I don't exactly expect EG to do well, but they might be a surprise. I can see them winning a match or two if things go their way.

They were one of the best teams in the world in 2007,2008 they havent done much recent because they lost their sponsors and swapped some players but when they had their stable 5 back in 2008 they were the worlds top team next to fnatic

you know that european finals were qualifier to this event? 1. fnatic and mtw were top2, there are in other groups 2. fx and na'vi, 3th and 4th, other groups 3. mym, lions, 5th and 6th, other groups 4. sk and tcm, 7th and 8th, other groups it was a random draw that those groups looks like that, it's all fair, because it's based on teams' performance during european championships

I feel pretty confident that they wont, this group has all three swedish power teams, so apart from this group being the first task in the path of becoming world champions it is also a challenge for all three swedish teams to prove who's the best in their country. Pride alone wont let any other team in the group get in their way and besides: Evil Geniuses, no lurppis no cry. Na´vi, currently on a downswing i'd say. project_kr, does actually have a new lineup.

I thought you are a representative of HLTV, the counter-strike portal, which provide all sorts of information regarding this game. And particularly you have the ability to contact different teams, making interviews with them and so on. I don't think EG have chance to do damage now that lurppis is not in the lineup anymore, SK aren't impressing me & i still think that they are overated until they proove the contrary, NaVi are what they are even if they regressed with the start of 2011 (surely being studied), fnatic winners of IEM EU & project_kr are what they are (amazing aimers) Groupe A: fnatic project_kr NaVi (in desorder.)
