69°N-28°E replace 4 Kings in NGL Finals
After being found guilty of using 16-bit in their final match the 4 Kings were forced out of the NGL Finals.
The NGL One: Season Two league came to an end a few weeks ago with everybody thinking the following teams had qualified for the finals: fnatic, NoA, SK Gaming & 4 Kings. However, today it was announced, by the NGL League admins, that this was not the case:
69°N-28°E replaces 4Kings at the NGL ONE 2006/2007 Counter-Strike Finals. Due to wrong settings of a 4Kings player during the match between 69°N-28°E and 4Kings, the League Administration of the NGL ONE decided to give a default win to 69°N-28°E . The changed result of the match affects the season ranking as 69°N-28°E takes the 4th rank and is qualified for the NGL ONE 2006/2007 Finals instead of 4Kings.
This was a statement released telling us that 4Kings were found guilty of using 16-bit in their match against 69°N-28°E. These means they were disqualified from this match, losing the 3 points and therefore being replaced in the 4th spot by the Finnish team.
Therefore, the 4 teams to battle it out at the NGL One finals are now:
fnatic
Team NoA
SK Gaming
69°N-28°E
