Samsung continue WCG sponsorship

The World Cyber Games organization has announced that Samsung will continue their sponsorship throughout 2011.

This means Samsung, the world's largest electronics company, will continue to act as the worldwide sponsor, which they have been over the past decade. 

''We are pleased to have Samsung as the worldwide sponsor of WCG this year again. It is a very inspiring truth that Samsung is contributing for the overall growth of e-sports, which will be continued for a long time'' said Brad Lee, CEO of World Cyber Games Inc.

Executive Director of Media Solution Center at Samsung Electronics, Kanghyun Kwon, noted that they try to develop cultural contents through the sponsorship.

"Samsung is trying to develop cultural contents through sponsoring the world's largest gaming event as well as promoting Samsung products".


Samsung's contributions created magic in 2010

The 2011 edition of the World Cyber Games will take place in South Korea, with the exact dates and host city yet to be revealed.

They are winning, you are here seeing how they win and that's it. Learn how to respect somebody else opinion, he thinks some other team will beat Na'Vi this year. Great news for WCG and e-sports as a whole!!! WCG is doomed if samsung stops the sponsorship. Hope everything works out fine in 2012 too. Btw,if kespa and blizzard still have conflicts of interest and can't be resolved, then fck blizzard's games, fck dota, war3, sc2 blabla, I want counter-strike 1.6 only!

i don't only live for cs fosho =) but man really. i play a lot of cs cause i lot this game that's all =):P "living by cs, dying by cs. that's the code." that come from the movie Ghost-dog, but it's "living by the code, dying by the code. that's the way of samurai." =)

moviemaking is easier at css than at 1.6 people that play css are 30% americans :/ at serbia almost noone plays css everyone knows whats good :D i know that when i pressed something by accident on steam it showed me how much people are ingame atm 12 000 cs 1.6 10 500 css but dont forget that it was steam only counting css nonsteam barely exists while there is a lot people with 1.6 nonsteam

Nope, moviemaking is harder on css, you know that to make smooths on css either you go by using C4D (hard as fuck) or smooth with your keyboard, while on 1.6 you got the demoui that makes it alot easier. Tho u are right, cs 1.6 in terms of playing is much bigger than css
