tao pick up ex-USSR trio

together as one have announced they have brought in Aleksey "Kio" Lagutin, Nikolay "MNR" Kirpichev and Sergey "hally" Shavaev.

The Russian team had been in the market for a new player after seeing Alexandr "xek" Zobkov move back to Moscow Five earlier this week.

However, tao were forced to call in two more reinforcements, as Eugeny "hiddii" Zametaev and Anton "mash" Petrov decided to follow Zobkov out of the team's exit door.

The arriving trio have all played for USSR at some point, with Aleksey "Kio" Lagutinand Sergey "hally" Shavaev returning to activity after a period on the sidelines.

tao are leading Group D in the ICSC 8 on six points after beating MaxFloPlaY and munkka, and according to Russian sources, the team's future will depend on their results in this tournament.

With these changes, tao now have:

Russia Anton "kibaken" Kolesnikov
Russia Aleksey "Kio" Lagutin
Russia Nikolay "MNR" Kirpichev
Russia Sergey "hally" Shavaev
