GC New York NA qualifier announced

The North American qualifier for the Intel Extreme Masters season six Global Challenge in New York has been announced.

The European teams got to know the qualifying process for the IEM6 Global Challenge New York earlier today, the turn has now come to the North American teams.

As the Global Challenge takes place in New York, a total of three slots will be up for grabs, for the North American teams. The slots will be distributed via one online qualifier, which will be played in a double-elimination best-of-one map bracket.

The qualifier will begin Monday next week (August 8) and is set to finish on August 14. North American teams who wish to participate can do so via the sign up over on NationalESL.com and ESL Premium is required to take part in the qualifier.

The schedule for the qualifier has also been released and will pan out as listed below:
