paiN have announced they have acquired the services of Lincoln "fnx" Lau and Bruno "bit" Fukuda.

Earlier this month, the Brazilian-based team parted ways with Guilherme "spacca" Spacca and Gustavo "mkr" Mekaru, reportedly after evaluating the team in terms of their future.

It did not take them long to fill the voids created by the two outgoing players, though, as the squad has now been patched up with the additions of two of the country's veterans.

The Brazilian duo returns in paiN

Bruno "bit" Fukuda, who had a short-lived spell with playArt after being released from the ranks of compLexity in April earlier this year, will return to action alongside the paiN members.

Fukuda will be joined by his longtime teammate Lincoln "fnx" Lau, who originally decided to retire from Counter-Strike in late June, when he left GamerHouse after a one month-long stint.

paiN now have:

Olavo "chucky" Napoleão
Arthur "prd" Resende
Lincoln "fnx" Lau
Bruno "bit" Fukuda

The team's first appearance will be at the nation's upcoming World Cyber Games qualifier. Here, a clash between paiN and FireGamers will surely be very much sought after.

His full nick's "Urubuzinho", wich stands for "Little Vulture", also being a reference to one of the biggest soccer teams in Brazil as well, Flamengo, wich uses this animal as a symbol. Here, the Suffix, or Postfix, "zinho(a)" at the end of the word is often used meaning "little", like Leãozinho (little lion), Jogozinho (little game) and Armazinha (little weapon). i like btt's playstyle, anda is a motivation for him to have fnx in the team but spacca is playing like hell, his stat's at gg were really impressive, he surely deservers a shot at firegamers line up imo, and yes i like a lot brazillian cs, i really love the environment and so on :P

did you watch FG this year on IEM? he was trully ridiculous, by far the worst player of all the good lvl teams, he managed to put himself into the top10 of the worst player of the tourament, by HLTV stats... he was a shame but now he's getting his old shape again, at least in online matches he looks much more condident and isn't missing easy shots anymore, and btt is playin nice too

They removed bit because he did bad in one tournament, and added a 16 year old kid unknown to the international scene. Then, a month later, they removed fnx because of a fight between him and fallen, and because of this Jason Lake removed their sponsorship. Basicly they fucked themselves up with stupid reasons.

Gotta laugh at this new lineup. Removing mkr? Sure, okay, fnx/bit are better than him by quite a long shot... but spacca? The guy is the second best awper in Brazil, and I even dare say he's just as good as FalleN but with less acomplishments. Terrible move by paiN. I shall be waiting for prd to fight with bit, fnx again like they did in 2009 when he got removed from FireGamers so bit could join. A stable, and stronger lineup would have spacca in place of prd. Anyone with a brain and no fanboyism can see that. Just look at how good spacca did on this gamegune.

i would replace cky for spacca they are playing cs for more then 10 years...they know what tatics they can use and im prety sure that, all players can come up with new tatics... there is no need for a captain low skilled like cky on the team imo. and bit can call the tatics to..so... yeah BAD MOVE removing spacca from the roster! spacca and fallen are the 2 best players we have right now skillwise

spacca over prd? C'mon, haru. I don't know what you've got against prd. But he is obviously the best player in pain. Removing bit or btt for spacca would be the best choice.

GameGune's stats say otherwise. Spacca was their best player by quite a margin, and he was pretty much playing by himself against NaVi. And spacca's awp is way better than prd's. Aparently prd is gonna awp on this lineup, and if they had spacca it would be a lot better.

Haru in hltv ;D new to me. -urb +spacca fg > paiN and would to change shemp by batistuta will be great. anyway just spacca in fg is nice.

I really doubt about that, seriously. Only if fallen make 16 ownages in a game. ps: without fallen they will feel a HUGE difference on a international event... prd is indeed the second best awp on Brazil, but that is neither close to fallen's awp...
