Polish WCG qualifier concluded
The Polish WCG qualifier concluded Thursday evening, with Frag eXecutors defeating Fear Factory for paid travel and accommodation for World Cyber Games 2011 in Busan, South Korea.
Four teams were on site for the final stages of the Polish WCG qualifier at the SEC venue today, with the qualifier being played best-of-three maps, in a double elimination bracket. As expected, Frag eXecutors, as they are still referred to, despite name change on ESL and no in-game tag, went on win it without dropping a map.
In the qualifier final the squared off against Fear Factory. The two teams faced off on de_dust2, which was all Frag eXecutors had to win, in order to qualify for WCG 2011. The final went into two overtimes, before Fx were able to clinch the victory.

With the win Frag eXecutors qualified for WCG 2011, but also qualified for the Super Match at SEC 2011, where they will face SK Gaming in a match for five Samsung laptops.
The first place in the qualifier also put them in Group C with WinFakt, TeG and BGDonLINE, which could be considered the strongest group of the tournament.
