Natus Vincere and Fear Factory have won their quarter-finals, sending them through to the semi-finals at SEC 2011.

The first match of the day to finish was the quarter-final between Fear Factory and Electronic Sahara. It did not take the Polish team long to defeat the Frenchmen, winning 16-1 on de_train and 16-9 on de_inferno. The result is somewhat surprising, as the majority at the event expected the French team to go through.

Natus Vincere versus SK Gaming, a match that could potentially have been the final at the event, but that was not how it should go down, with SK finishing second in their group. First map de_inferno went in favor of the Ukrainians with a 16-13 score line and then the teams moved on to de_tuscan.

Na´Vi started on the Terrorists side and totally outplayed SK, who only managed to win a single round, when half time arrived, the Ukrainians had a 14-1 lead. SK retaliated a little in the second half, but were not able to fend off Na´Vi, who managed to secure the two rounds needed to win 16-11 and 2-0 overall.

SK-Gaming played 1 close map and one almost comeback one. You can't blame them but someone remember when they were threads about NaVi to change players? It was because of their bad shape for 2-3 months and they even lost WCG in Ukraine. f0rest and GTR really did a great job but not enough same with face, about RobbaN he stepped his game up and Delpan wasnt so good with the green sniper.

What we can conclude, is that SK love fixed map per round system, and don't like "map pick" system. Especially they are very happy when the final brackets are filled with NUKE.

i'm not a fan of sk, but... navi legendary? wth are you talking about dude? navi is a good team but look at fantic, fx, or even sk (as a team). they are on top for sooo many years now (of with diff. lineups or diff. orgs.) and navi? yeah, they had a good year, they're a good team now, but definitly not a legendary, that's for sure.

NO one team can't dominate 1.5 years and still winning all World events... NO-ONE. BTW Na`Vi beat all money records in CS-history in 2010... Even at "money crisis".

well i am not saying u havent got a life i am just saying its not a competition of whos the most active on hltv. For example if the games are in China and the semi finals are next if dreamteam opens only people from asian countries will be able to change teams according to the teams playing giving them a huge advantage over European people, because in Europe it would be something like 5 am and how many EU user would be awake at that time to change the team? Makes sense its daily basis.
