Na´Vi beat AGAiN in ESWC semi-final

Natus Vincere have defeated AGAiN after two maps in the second semi-final of ESWC 2011, which means we will see the same finalists as last year since they will meet SK Gaming in the last match of the tournament.

The Ukrainians recently suffered a loss to Polish side AGAiN in the SEC 2011 final in front of a big crowd in Poland, but now they took their revenge at ESWC 2011 semi-final, although not in front of that many fans as the match didn't attract a lot of people on this early Monday morning.

The match started similarly to their previous encounter, with de_train as the first map and AGAiN as Counter-Terrorists. This time the Poles were more successful on that side as they took a very good 11-4 lead, but Natus Vincere unlike before won their CT pistol-round and used it to gain momentum and get back in the match.

When AGAiN finally took one round in the second half, Na´Vi reset their money system right away by winning the next one. Despite the AdminBot mistakenly stopping the match at 15-12, it didn't bother the Ukrainians to win the last needed round as soon as the matter was settled.

The second map was de_tuscan, on which these two teams met only once before, and it was in the WCG 2010 semi-final, when Natus Vincere won quite easily 16-8 and advanced to the final of that event.

It turned out to be a very similar scenario, as the Ukrainians won the first half 11-4 and were well on their way to another final. AGAiN tried putting up a fight in the second half, but the best they could hold out for was a 16-12 loss.

Natus Vincere will now join SK Gaming in the final of ESWC 2011, which is the same duel we saw in the last year's edition which the Ukrainians won.

AGAiN will also repeat their 3rd place battle from last year's edition when they lost to mTw and finished 4th, only now they will face mousesports.

The 3rd place match should start as soon as AGAiN set up in the tournament area, as it is already past its scheduled time, while the final is supposed to start at 15:00 on stage.

we've used that tactic before, on tuscan and on nuke ;) but using it on a event like that is pretty risky and epic

it's kinda stupid to use it on nuke, cause some of them can rotate to yellow box, but blocking the the door at tuscan is just epic

sick well played by mark white bread, reflexes were quick response .. Brain Use mathematical accuracy in most situations. 742 was a crazy game of the round of unnatural aim. Fx was the low point shown you compare with other fx games. No credz away from navi. Strategically executed with style
