mandic beat FiRENATION in round 2

mandic has topped its group at WCG 2011 after a 18-12 victory on de_inferno over Azerbaijan's FiRENATION.

The Brazilian power house had some early struggles at this year's World Cyber Games as they kept trading rounds in the first half of the match until it was 6-5 in their favour despite of a one versus three situation win by their star player Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo.

After finishing their terrorist side with a 9-6 lead, they started the second half by losing the pistol round and the two consecutive save rounds. With the score tied at nine a piece, the favourites of group C finally pulled away, securing a win at 16-11.

The other two matches were much more one sided as group favourites DTS beat C5 with a large score line to secure the first place in group A and TyLoo got their opening win against Mongolian Hooliganz.

Well, DTS seems really strong. Defs, its a little weaker than i thought. Mandic played with stupid strats on T side in both maps. If they keep playing like that, they will lose, but if they use strong strats, they can win some matches
