We got a hold of Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas from ESC Gaming after topping the group at World Cyber Games 2011, in the interview he talks about the results, the playoffs, the event as a whole and about joining the German-based organization ESC Gaming.

ESC Gaming defeated Virtus.pro and BGDonLINE to go through in first place of the group at WCG 2011. We sat down with Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas for a chat about the results, a look at how the playoffs will look like. Wojtas also comments on joining ESC Gaming, as well as his view on WCG 2011.

Nice interview, i really think taz´ english have improved alot, over the last few years. About the thing with Samsung, seems stupid that they are sponsors of the event, and they arent interrested in promoting their best monitor for gaming, wich ofcourse is the 2233rz. I agree with taz, having the newest computers arent near as important, as having a decent monitor. I thought events without 120hz monitors, would be history by now.

27" is 16:9 or 16:10 so when they want to use 4:3 it will be about 23".

Which defeats the point of using an SA950, a 27" screen... :P Should just use an XL2410T/XL2420T. But then I guess they're not a sponsor, so. That sucks :D

i think he is one of the most honest pro players. every others interview are like "everything is fine, we love korean peoples, blablabla <3". taz always got really something to say i prefer true, honest troll rather than nice, funny guy who ghosting or smth :)
