SK Gaming massacre DTS

In the most hyped up quarter final of World Cyber Games 2011, the Swedish giant SK Gaming took on Ukraine's representative.

SK Gaming started off by losing the pistol round as counter-terrorists and going down 0-3, but then picked up their game and won an amazing twelve rounds in a row to end the half at 12-3. Marcus "Delpan" Larsson had multiple big rounds and constantly kept getting AWP picks.

Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg continued his amazing form in the second half by picking up three USP headshots to secure SK Gaming another round before DTS force bought on the third round to make the score 14-4. That wasn't enough however, as the Swedes quickly closed the map with a score of 16-4.

Alesund has been an absolute monster so far at WCG 2011

Next up was de_inferno which was the pick of DTS. SK chose to start as counter-terrorists and won the pistol with three kills from Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund. Although Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow's three kill with 21hp gave DTS some life, SK kept overpowering the Ukrainians as they went up 14-1 in the first half, even opting to buy PARAs in the last round.

SK completed their massacre in the second half by force buying in the second round after losing the pistol, winning 16-2 in total and moving on to the semi-finals. After the 0-3 point on de_dust2, SK went on to win 32 of the following 35 rounds in one of the most one sided quarter finals between two top teams ever.

no, they didn't KerchNET won Na`Vi in semis, and DTS won KerchNET in final :) but for sure DTS is good team, idk what just happened. their problem is lack of motivation sometimes. they start to making illogical rounds, moves etc. i'm honestly sad now :(

Embarrassing performance from DTS, they really need to rethink some stuff because that amount of mistakes should never happen in one game. Good play from SK of course though, looking forward to the semifinals.

--it was a massacre --it's in the finals bracket, which means games should be closer than groups, making massacres rarer --dts is a good team, so it wasn't like sk ran over some shitty team that's never been to a lan before that's why they said massacre

DTS is a great team, they just need more experience outside ukraine. If you watch that demo you can see how they pushed their luck every single round, they just rushed and pushed like SK wasn't playing against em.
