TECHLABS Cup announced

Belarusian hardware portal TECHLABS is hosting a cup featuring a vast majority of the world's best teams with the grand final being played in Moscow, Russia.

The event features a total of sixteen teams that have been placed in four groups consisting of four teams each. Top two teams from each group will qualify for the best-of-three single elimination bracket.

With majority of IEM6 World Championship's teams also in attendance, this online tournament should serve as a little preview for the first major event of 2012.

The grand final will be played on LAN in Mega shopping center in Moscow, Russia on March 18 with the winners taking home $10,000 and the second place finishers walking out with $5,000.

The groups are all played on different days making viewing the event much easier. Group A will take place on Saturday, B on Sunday, C on Monday and D on Tuesday. First round will begin at 19:00 , second round at 20:00 and the final round at 21:00 .

Maps are picked using the veto system from a pool of de_dust2, de_inferno, de_nuke, de_train and de_tuscan. In the group stage both teams remove two maps and in bracket play one.

Cool E/ Group C & D are also the sickest groups there.

No they're not. You can surely tell that from A you get Na`Vi and Lions passed, from B you get fnatic and ESC gaming. But from C & D, it's so equalized and it will be SO intresting whos gonna get to the finals and whos gonna be dropped off. From C im hoping for SK/DTS and WinFakt From D im hoping for KerchNET and hmm, I don't know, I guess Anexis, cause my best friend is Anexis team's moviemaker. Lol.

This information is false. I lived in Moldova for 15 years (born there), and without any doubt our people don't drink so much. I don't think the magazine which made this statistic visited our villages. Yes, we do wine, but that doesn't really means we are the most drinking people in the world.
