In the beginning of 2010, the Polish team, popularly referred to as the Golden Five, made a change in their lineup, replacing Łukasz "LUq" Wnek with Jarosław "pasha" Jarząbkowski. That didn't turn out very fruitful for them at the beginning, as they couldn't find their way to the top of any tournament, but as the year progressed they became better. The only major title they won in 2010 was at e-Stars, during which Jarząbkowski was the team's second best rated player, which would prove to be a good formula for their success in the future. And with the way he finished 2010, with very good performances at WEM and DreamHack Winter, it seemed that he finally fit in and the team was expected to go a step further in 2011.

At the beginning of the year, Frag eXecutors showed that they had stabilized and found their game, starting with winning all of their group stage matches at IEM5 European Championship against the likes of mTw, SK Gaming, mousesports, eSahara and MYM. An incredibly close match against mTw in the semi-final followed which they lost, but they managed to finish 3rd in front of Natus Vincere.
Jarząbkowski however wasn't of much assistance as he didn't continue where he left of in 2010, now being the team's worst with a below average rating of 0.95, while many even blamed him for the semi-final loss to the Danes.

The next event for them was IEM5 World Championship where they went a step further, reaching the final, but were now defeated by the Ukrainians Natus Vincere. Jarząbkowski still didn't find his form, ending up with another below average 0.96 rating and as the team's worst. However, he did do quite well with the big green, getting 2nd most kills with it (81) and recording one of his highlights of the year:
A few weeks later, the Poles were once more defeated by the Ukrainians in the final of ICSC7, while Jarząbkowski somewhat improved, getting a 1.06 rating as the team's 3rd.

At Xperia PLAY, Frag eXecutors finally climbed to the top of the podium, defeating mTw and SK Gaming on the way to their first title in 2011. Jarząbkowski was the player who stepped up for the team the most, as he was their 2nd best rated and had probably the best performance of his career until that point. Particularly worth mentioning was his play in the grand final against SK, where he showed that he has what it takes to shine in big matches (47:29 score, 1.45 rating, 28% above team's average). Additionally, he recorded the most entry kills and the most AWP kills at the tournament, and for that performance he was named a part of the All-Star lineup of Xperia PLAY. He won several important clutch rounds in the last few matches as well, one of which is a 1vs3 against mTw in the semi-final:
After that, Frag eXecutors reportedly ran into financial problems, which along with injuries that Mariusz "Loord" Cybulski suffered, forced them to skip the next two big events, DreamHack Summer and GameGune.
However, they did show up at ICSC8 finals at the beginning of July, where they ended in 3rd place after losing to SK Gaming in a close semi-final. Despite the loss, Jarząbkowski once more had a great match against the Swedes recording a 55:40 score in those two maps, although overall having an inconsistent performance (1.06 rating, 3rd best in the team).
They attended another minor tournament in August, ASUS Summer, getting back to winning ways after defeating Lions in an excellent semi-final match, and then overcoming DTS in the final. Jarząbkowski was the first star of the tournament, ending up with the highest rating of all players (1.32) and playing well in 12 of his 14 maps. One of his several impressive matches was against Lions, in the second map of the semi-final, when he recorded a 32:14 score (1.84 rating, 73% above average).

Only a few days later, the Poles traveled to South Korea to attend e-Stars Seoul, where they were the defending champions. Defend their title is exactly what they did, once more defeating SK Gaming for the title just like at Xperia PLAY.
Jarząbkowski wasn't the best player of the final this time, but he did have an even better overall tournament performance than at Xperia. He was again team's second best rated with a 1.20 rating (5th best of all players), while with 0.83 kills per round he was their best fragger.
Additionally, he was one of the most consistent players at the event, which altogether resulted in an MVP nomination for his contribution, and later on another selection into an All-Star lineup. He also had one stand out performance in a big match, against Natus Vincere in the Upper semi-final, having a 30:13 score (1.84 rating), having this highlight round as well:

The next event for the Poles was SEC 2011 in front of their own fans in Warsaw, although by that time they had expectedly left the Frag eXecutors organization and played under the name AGAiN. They once more confirmed they were in great shape, winning another title, overcoming Natus Vincere in the final.
Jarząbkowski kept up with the excellent form he was in, once more being nominated for MVP and getting into the All-Star lineup for his third major event in a row. He played well in every match and once more ended as the team's second best rated with his year-highest 1.22 rating (6th best of all players at SEC), continuing to prove that in every title they won, he was one of the main protagonists.

ESWC came around a couple of weeks later, the event where they previously always shined, winning it in 2007 and 2008. But for some reason, whether it was officially having no organization any more, or simply losing motivation, they didn't show the same performance as we were used to since their rise to the top at Xperia PLAY. They reached the semi-final on this occasion as well but fell to Natus Vincere, and then lost the fight for medals to mousesports, finishing 4th same as in 2010. Jarząbkowski didn't have a very good performance, playing quite inconsistent as the team's 3rd best with a 1.03 rating.

A drop of form started at ESWC
Another disappointment followed at MSI BEAT IT, as they once again lost to the Ukrainians, now in the quarter-final, featuring the famous ghosting speculation. In the end they finished in 5th place after playing with the remaining defeated quarter-finalists, while Jarząbkowski had a solid display overall (1.10 rating, 3rd in the team), although he played quite bad in the loss to Natus Vincere.

They left another tournament with their heads down after that, exiting DreamHack Winter early due to a quarter-final loss to Lions. The team's mediocre form coincided with Jarząbkowski's as he was their 4th best at this event with a 1.06 rating.

| All-Star nomination |
Just in time for the last major event in 2011, World Cyber Games, the Polish team found a home in ESC Gaming. Following their result in this tournament, the organization had to be satisfied with their new members, as the team won their 3rd gold for Poland, overcoming SK Gaming in the final and establishing themselves as the best team in 2011.
Jarząbkowski was for the first time not the team's 2nd best rated in one of their major title campaigns, but he still had an important role, getting a 1.13 rating and an All-Star nomination. Meeting the Swedes in the final once again brought out the best in him, as he ended up top rated of the match (62:48 score, 1.15 rating).

Back to the top at WCG
Played an important part in every title-winning campaign
The Polish team's members themselves admitted that 2010 was a year of trial and error and that in 2011 they finally made everything click, namely getting Jarosław "pasha" Jarząbkowski to fit in completely.
It showed during their biggest success stories of the year, as Jarząbkowski was always an important part when they won a title, getting selected in All-Star lineups at Xperia PLAY, e-Stars and SEC, and also doing very well at their latest gold-winning campaign at WCG. He was also the best player of the tournament when they won ASUS Summer.
In addition to that, he showed that he has what it takes to step up in big matches, being top rated in two finals, at Xperia PLAY and WCG.
For those reasons, and for being the third best player in the best team of 2011, he had to be a part of this ranking. On the other hand, 18th place was the highest he could get mainly due to his inconsistency throughout the year and quite a bad start, which resulted in a mediocre rating of 1.08.
Additionally, he was one of the most successful AWPers in 2011, getting the 4th most kills (401), although on his average of 0.19 awp kills per round wasn't anything spectacular. Also perhaps interesting is that he was the least dominant player out of all the members of this top20 in regard to rounds with 3 or more kills, which describes his style as more of a support player than one who makes much impact on rounds.
