fnatic lands RaidCall as title sponsor
A title sponsor change has been announced in the ranks of the Australian based organization fnatic, who has RaidCall as the new title sponsor for 2012.
The Taiwanese-based electronics company MSI (Micro-Star International) has since 2008 been the title and head sponsor of fnatic, but that changed as of yesterday. The fnatic organization announced they had landed RaidCall, a Chinese-based VoIP software manufacture, as title sponsor for 2012.
RaidCall is as they proclaim it, a "free, low-latency voice solution for professional gamers" which according to the company, will only eat up 10MB of RAM, and less than 1.5% of CPU while running. RaidCall has been with fnatic since last year, but this year went on to be title sponsor of the organization. MSI will remain in the ranks of fnatic as main sponsor.
So for 2012, where we've been used to seeing the in-game tag as fnaticMSI, the teams and players will for the year to come be using fnaticRaidCall.
