SK confirm CPH Games attendance

Following the news of Natus Vincere attending Copenhagen Games, Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund confirms SK Gaming.

The SK Gaming star player confirmed through his official Twitter account that his team will attend the €20,000 Copenhagen Games.

The news comes just hours after Natus Vincere announced they will cast their presence over Copenhagen Games, coming straight from a second-place finish at IEM6 World Championship.

SK Gaming also attended the Intel Extreme Masters 6 World Championship in Hannover, Germany, where they placed fourth and pocketed €2,900.

Copenhagen Games will take place at Øksnehallen in the center of the Danish capital, running from April 4-8.

damnit :( the smart money is in India, as most really good teams are already in Copenhagen :D so I hope alot of other topteams come to Delhi otherwise I'm casting a+e and a bunch of indian teams I don't know :$

not really, just unknown organizers and they were kind of late with getting a bank guarantee and arranging some of the stuff. I actually got word yesterday they reached agreement on a budget to fly me in and arrange a hotel, food and drinks. I am now in the process of getting flew shots and visum xD

Even if they were to sponsor things, do you really think the douchebags at immigration counters would even understand? Ideally, the sub-continent could have its own Dreamhack but we all know how much red tape is involved just to get you guys here and vice versa.

its not the immigration people bro... its all of us.. our perspective is what counts... besides the visa isnt an issue now.. im pretty sure it wont be a fuss if the organization takes a positive step.. whats left in Pakistan is only local tournaments.. with a few top teams like ours that always turn out as winners.. it would be healthy for the cs community to expand over other borders.. if i were running a business right now i think i would sponsor my team to India for sure..
