CB NationsCup XV reaches playoffs

ClanBase has released the matchups for the NationsCup XV playoffs, twenty-four teams have been cut down to twelve, who will now play best-of-three matchups to determine the season winner.

The group stage came to a close yesterday when Sweden defeated Russia, meaning the time has come to move on to the playoffs. The playoffs will be played best-of-three maps in a single elimination bracket, with the teams finishing first in their groups receiving a BYE in the first round.

Last season's winners from France did not make the cut to the playoffs as finishing fifth in their group, so a new champion will be found this season. Three out of four Scandinavian nations topped their group, Norway in group A, Sweden in group B and Finland in group D. Ukraine topped group C, in front of Slovakia and Poland.

ClanBase today announced the bracket for the playoffs and the teams will schedule the matches themselves, so expect to see the first matches from next week already. The matchups for round one are as follows:

Norway	vs.	BYE
Russia	vs.	Netherlands
Denmark	vs.	Slovakia
Finland	vs.	BYE
Ukraine	vs.	BYE
Portugal	vs.	UK
Poland	vs.	Bulgaria
Sweden	vs.	BYE

How can you say that I changed something!? Nobody changed anything...playoff tree layout has been like that for years. sorry man, but you wrote me that we go to play against group Russia/UK/SWE ..You also wrote it to match Poland vs. Spain and you deleted it (5days ago man) . So i really dont understand this one :)
