Seagate Challenge finals Saturday

A week after ECL 2012 concluded in Beijing, the eight best teams from China will gather in Shanghai this Saturday to fight it out for a 20,000RMB prize pot.

The online qualifications started on March 24 with a total of 64 participants, but have now been narrowed down to just the eight top teams in China. This includes top two finishers from ECL 2012 last weekend, TyLoo and E/Teng.

Savage will be looking to defend TyLoo's position as China's best

The exact prize distribution for the event is currently unknown, but a total of 20,000RMB will be handed out with the first place finishers going home with half of the amount, roughly 1,200€.

Venue of the event is Shanghai Pacific Digital Plaza III. Bracket is currently not available and won't be published until 04:40 on Saturday, but TyLoo and E/Teng have already been placed as the first and second seeded teams in the single-elimination, best-of-three bracket.

06:00 First two quarter-finals
08:00 Last two quarter-finals
10:30 Semi-finals
12:30 Grand final and third place decider

yes,lots of good players retire in china,that happens all the time. E-sports seems to be a menial career for the young,in china.So there are fewer great teams in china that can compete against Tyloo. maybe thats why its hard for tyloo to improve.
