eestralis replace WinFakt in FCL

The replacement for WinFakt in fnatic PLAY league has been announced, as a team consisting of the Verkkoperä brothers named eestralis will take over the spot.

The team will continue under the name of eestralis and the old results of WinFakt will not be removed as in Na`Vi's case, forcing the team to continue from where WinFakt ended their campaign prior to their disbandment.

aslak reunites with his brother after WinFakt dropped his sponsorship

When WinFakt was dropped, Kimmo "BASiC" Fagerholm stated he would take a break from competitive Counter-Strike. It seems now that the team has indeed decided to split up, as according to Tomi "zabaz" Verkkoperä, eestralis will be a permanent figure from now on.

The team was scheduled to face fnatic earlier this week but the match was postponed and is yet to be scheduled. Their other remaining matches pair them up against SK Gaming and Anexis.

tomsku is better than Metaphor and I think zabaz gets some extra boost playing with his brother, aslak. They have a good chance to win the tournament

Well I'm disapointed winfakt showed some really good play at CPH Games... They should have sticked together and try to find a new organisation. Anyway as someone said before thay should have kept allu or basic! Those two with aslak are the three best players in Finland actually! Anyway good luck to them they might perform really well. Btw who the fuck would call his two sons Timi and Tomi haha?!

Ewok originated from the legendary Apostrophe :) Yak, zet0r, warri, schwein and finl EDIT: not to mention all the DSky/Astralis commotion. tihOp, GuardiaN, kuvich, ruuit, plastE, tico, bloodR etc. Even JAEGARN and snajdan joined astralis but it didn't work. I played in Cascades, nice to see someone remembers us :D

Balanced was never a top team. Danziger was a great awper tho. Rhapsody, Ravage (lurppis as their leader) and Allstars (natu as their leader) were very good, also Afterlife and oath kept kikcking swedes until NiP showed up E: Astralis was the same group DSky was, in their prime it was bloodR, tihOp, ruuit, kuvich and GuardiaN

the only time i played for ravage was when someone used their clanbase account to play random clanbase matches a few years ago, i was never in the real team... i didn't even play cs when they were around. on that note, snajdan and nebb joined d-skyline but jaegarn was never on any top team (finnish or swedish) and plase was only in astralis for about a month in 2009 before returning to crack clan/power gaming - he was never on the legit astralis team.

there was a finnish player called "LUrppa" years and years ago so that could be him, but i never played for ravage and i only started playing actively at the end of 2002, so that definitely wasn't me in any case (and i've never heard of another lurppis)

im all in with you Imo aslak zabaz nasu allu are in the main core of finnish skill right now and basic/jigetus/H^N/tomsku/zehN/nsis on the hang of making it count or not. though some of the ones i mentioned dont have time or motivation nomore. edit: I'd maybe like to see SkuijkE's run for eestralis.

not really sure what you're onto posting in this thread since 99% of what you say seems to have no touch with reality. basic and aslak are the best two finnish players right now. nasu could always be one of the best if he had motivation, but he doesn't. zabaz has never been one of the best players in finland, and judging by his performance with eestralis in stockholm, won't be in the future either. i have no idea where you even took tomsku, zehn or nsis from... tomsku and zehn are decent in gathers and i think tomsku played well on a weak team at cph games, but it hardly means anything. i have never seen nsis anywhere (even in online gathers with finns), so i can only assume he's some gather player with a frag movie.

Hope Basic decides to comeback sometime. Probably the best alround-player there is out there, not only with respect to weapons-handling and positioning but as well to taking over tasks and responsibility. Same goes for lurppis of course, always enjoyed seeing him play.
