fnatic over Na`Vi to win group B

fnatic has won group A at DreamHack Summer 2012 by defeating Natus Vincere in their final match on de_mirage with a score of 16-9.

After winning the knife round to start as counter-terrorists, fnatic scored the first two rounds of the half. Na`Vi's star player Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev and Yegor "markeloff" Markelov struck next, as they won a two-on-three situation in bomb site B. fnatic bought again in round four, but lost and were forced to save.

cArn's team wins group B

Once it was 3-2 for Na`Vi fnatic woke up and scored seven rounds in a row before their aggression cost them and the Ukrainians were able to capitalize on it for a round win. Yegor "markeloff" Markelov hit six AWP shots in the final two rounds to help his team cut down fnatic's lead to 9-6.

Second half started with a successful A site rush by fnatic but Natus Vincere had a clever stack on the save round in the B site to even the score. The Ukrainians scored two more rounds to give them nine overall but seemingly ran out of steam as fnatic went on to win 16-9 to secure the first place in group B.

Dont be so sure navi will play more in this tournament. Pehaps organisers disqualify them, IF they got any moral but i hardly think they feeling forced to, but who knows .. To obvious losing with purpose by navi that its utter dirty disgusting. No real sportsmen there. But CS and other e-Sports arent real sports. In real sports this would have been a scandal. And at the other hand i dont think DH crew will care that much since the CS 1.6 tournament is more of a minor event these days, "even" at a place like Dreamhack (Sweden).

In real sports this would have been a scandal? Have you ever followed some (your words) "real" sports? Just one situation I quickly looked up, which happend at the World Cup in 1990: soccer-ireland.com/world-cup-1990/irelan.. U mad bro? It's just smart from both NaVi and fnatic to not waste energy on this match :)

A recent one is the match between Sweden and Denmark at Euro 2004 when they needed a 2-2 draw so both could qualify instead of Italy.

nah look at that match between sweden and denmark, then you will notice (if you actually know some football) that match wasnt arranged by anti sports spirits. I remember that match like ytd , it was a hell of a match from a neutral point of view like mine. But if you got feelings for Italy and dont know much about the sport of football (even if you think the opposite) its obvious with such statements like yours.

You can find fragments of exeptions everywhere, but in general Yes, then this would have been a huge scandal in Real todays sport. But im not suprised navi doing it, since it's clearly not a sportsmenlike squad that doesnt have a slighest clue what an ounce of moral means, and there are several occasions in the past concerning all kinds of different cheap shot actions, not only "just" this. Ima rather calm and collected person, but might Not be the only (?) getting kinda sick and tired of these same guys - ghosting, kicking keyboards out of opponents computer in critical rounds (OT), frequently screaming abusing words, dirty losing with so much obvious intention it should be directly punished with a disqualify, etc etc. As a amtter of fact fnatic starting-point was fair match and trying to hit the bullets as good as they could. Even a guy with not That good gamingsense like you(?) noticed this. So, It was navi's fault there wasnt even a match in the first place. And every single person who followed this scene knew navi would "lose" this match to 100%, and who was right with dirty play then(?). Ask guys like cArn and such, the ones which actually knows how these guys works, not mad semi-nonamers like yourself. =)
