Semifinals up next at DH Summer
The group stage at DreamHack Summer 2012 has come to conclusion, advancing four teams into the semifinals.
Today's group stage has already provided us with hours of nonstop Counter-Strike action, but it's not stopping here. With the semifinals up tomorrow, that's when it gets really serious.
The definite talk of the day has been Virtus.pro. The Russian side turned quite a few heads when they started their day by beating SK Gaming. Showing that it was more than a stroke of luck, Aleksey "LeX" Kolesnikov's team proceeded to crush ESC Gaming 16-4.
Despite their somewhat surprising loss to Virtus.pro, ESC Gaming have secured their slot for tomorrow's semifinals after coming in second in their group.

Virtus.pro impressed
SK Gaming, who only managed to obtain one point from their three encounters, is also out of the race. So are their countrymen in WinFakt, who ended up securing third place in their group.
Looking at Group B, Virtus.pro is the only remaining team representing Russia at DreamHack Summer as zNation, who advanced through yesterday's qualifier, ended up losing all their matches, while M5 took third after their victory over zNation.
Natus Vincere is the final team that has successfully managed to come out of the group stage. The Ukrainians are believed to finish within the top two by HLTV.org's Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen.
