NiP disqualified from the NGL ONE

The second weekend of August the qualifier for the fourth season of NGL-One took place. Two teams qualified for the new season, but now one gets disqualified.

The two teams that qualified for the new season of NGL-One was NiP and theclan. Today the NGL-One organization announced that NiP gets disqualified, due to them having Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund playing under Jonathan "miniw" Wallenbergs nickname in their match versus ZYKON.

The empty spot will be taken by yourname, who finished third in the qualifier. With NiP out of the fourth season and yourname in, the teams participating in the fourth season of NGL-One are as follows:

Sweden fnatic
Germany mousesports
Denmark NoA
Sweden SK-Gaming
Germany ALTERNATE aTTax
Finland 69N-28E
Finland Logitech
Norway MYM
Denmark theclan
Denmark yourname

The fourth season of NGL-One will start short after the third season finals taking place 23-26th August in Leipzig, Germany.

And everyone thought it was not HeatoN who was playing (and really good lately, therefore it is quite a surprise, at least to me, that he again steps back). Was there any problem in order to include get_right instead of miniwalle? I mean could NiP have done it legally? If so, I really do not understand why there have made such a (big) mistake ::)
