Video: Interview with friberg

We sat down with Ninjas in Pyjamas ace Adam "friberg" Friberg following his side's triumph at DreamHack Winter 2012 with a 2-0 victory over VeryGames in the final.

The Swedish team continued their unbeaten run on LAN by picking up their third international title, defeating VeryGames in a final also for a third time. With this result, NiP earned themselves a fat 150,000 SEK (approximately $22,600) cheque, and they may not be quite done yet, as they will attend more events before the end of the year.

The interview was conducted by none other than Marc "Nix0n" Winther, who was at DreamHack Winter as a tournament admin for CS:GO.

To find out what Friberg had to say about today's victories against mousesports and VeryGames, and DreamHack itself, simply hit play below.

You missed something like this: "How does it feel carrying your roommate to three championships? Will he be the one in charge of cleaning the house?" Good interview, must feel good attending good LANs now that they don't play that garbage failed "CS" game anymore.

Göterbog's Rapé! So nice interwiev and nice Nip! I just hope you lose atleast 1 map in Prag. Dust2 versus mousesports was the only fun map to watch in the whole playoffs and thats really not how its suppose to be :( Groupstage was more entertaining than the final, imo.

HeatoN is a pretty big dude. He seems more excited about the win than the players themselves. Still has the passion.

Friberg was in ROCKSTAR with f0rest get_right and xizt Ptk was playing with them aswell who did really well imo so the question is why did they pick up fifflaren? hltv.org/?pageid=175&playerid=7147&event..

I guess they needed an AWPer and although fiff hadn't been an AWPer before he reinvented himself to be one.

At first, they wanted an IGL from source, that's why they picked fifflaren. Moreover, he was a decent awper. And last but not least, he's friberg's roommate and one of his best friend IRL, that's why i don't see him being kicked anytime soon (otherwise friberg would probably leave too)

I really doubt that friberg would be so childish and it is for the teams best. If fifflaren doesnt step it up in prag they wont win.

They're not roommates anymore. They both live in Sweden now, but in different cities.

Oh my bad, i thought they were since they said it in a recent interview. Well, fifflaren might get kicked then if he doesn't step up or if nip starts losing.

Preferred Miraa's interview tbh, nix0n seems a bit awkward and really uncomfortable when he interviews people.

Yes friberg and fiff had many teams together (fifflaren was way better than friberg in source btw). And no, fifflaren wasn't really considered as an awper, more like a second awper
