All input is raw and raw accel was never a thing in CSGO. It was frame based and hence bound to be inconsistent.

Subtick makes no difference here. It considers interpolation and view angles but you don't shoot any faster than in CSGO. This is a myth.

"animation delay" probably has nothing to do with this, given that inaccuracy has an impact that is several times that in normal spraying.
