I had this 2 errors for a while too, my solution was to delete all the cs files and replace them with the 2009 folder again and then restart steam, sometimes the errors appear again, but I do this and...

Just remove the auto-update of the game in the steam library and replace the current game files with the folder from the 2009 version...I do this every time that Valve try to fuck my cs with some shit...
