because NA isn't a country, they should have 50/50 usa/canada if they have 2 canadians and 2 americans, however, this one has 2 USA, 1 brit, 1 australian and 1 canadian also mexico is part of NA (as well as honduras, guatemala, cuba and etc) so there isn't a dedicated flag for it.
