Nah I wouldn't say that about Alex, in general his fragging should keep NIP going. The problem is es3tag who looked terrible since coming back. He could have the excuse that he was IGL and it can be hard focusing on fragging and IGLing, but the thing is that his aim was completely off, he was one of the big reasons NIP lost against Ence for example
