Banger! Will the Valkyries get their revenge from ELITE FE #5? - faceit.com/en/cs2/room/1-7bdd81fe-5e52-4.. Honestly, ImpV look weaker since zAAz left, so I am afraid this is gonna be 2-0 for NIP, or 2-1 depending on the veto. Too bad ramziiN died for this. I hope she will find another team... Oh wait! faceit.com/en/cs2/room/1-1235a3b3-91f5-4..

I still think ramziiN is a very talented and smart player. Since Astra is joining BIG Equipa, it makes sense for them to find ramziiN. After BIG Equipa announces their new lineup officially we will be able to see how the female landscape will look like after all the roster moves. It's a shame the BIG Equipa doesn't have the VRS to play here, given that they decimated NiP last weekend. It would be wonderful if now three female teams could compete in VRS events.

1. It seems that ramziiN and Juliano are being tested by Zerance. 2. The new lineup is already set. They just have to make the announcement. 3. BIG Equipa over-prepared the match and got the same veto as in the semifinals of season 7. - hltv.org/matches/2382660/supernova-comet.. Because it is a new fresh team, they had the element of surprise. Yet they lost against ImpV in the group stage. At the end of the day, BIG Equipa is a team built to win, as expected.

Yep. I watched the match. It seems that NiP was not having a good day. It was the third BO3 in the day. BIG played very well nonetheless. In the end, we still need to see if the new BIG lineup can stand the test of time. I'm optimistic about them

it was weird. Big Equipa got rekt by Imperial, as expected. Imperial were then rekt by NiP, while a rekt was not expected, NiP winning with + Zana is expected and then Big equipa rekts NiP. I guess big equipa having a much easier bracket played a part in that, but NiP still should have won it. It's probably the most hype season of ESL Impact so far. Furia also losing 2 tournaments to MIBR lately...

No way, i missed ELITE 5... I use liquipedia for tournaments and it was added after the fact :( How do You look for tournaments? You seem to always be aware of any news before anyone else. I agree that Imp recently looks weaker and i favour NIP in this match, but i don't know how i feel about them playing each other. On one hand it will be a fire match to watch, but on the other hand i would like to see them play more intergender matches. Especially NIP since they do fairly decent. EU Impact is going to look really strong with three realistic contenders and Zerance that can potentially put up a fight. I also wonder what team will AverOna join since it looks like it didn't work out with Zerance. Additionally what's going on with zAAz? She left Valkyries some time ago and there is zero news about her

I was aware of that because of some notifications from the twitch channel of the host. To be honest, their production is trash, just because they didn't put their liquidpedia page before the event, and you have to follow their stream and get in touch on faceit and twitter. They didn't even say that they changed the format of the event (group stage + playoffs). I am not gonna talk about that trashy french cast (I speak french). I often complain about the tradeit league fe masters production, but at least they have something in the average. I think Zerance finally understood they needed a balanced core (Kaoday, RacheLL, ramziiN) with more experience and confidence. -emerald +Juliano (if it is confirmed) would be great. I am worried about ImpV to be honest. They are still showing good CS, but they make so many mistakes. It seems like they struggle to find a new style without zAAz and have a lack of confidence again, which is unusual for a team of this caliber. I hope we will have an interview with Tory during the next season to get more info on how they prepared. zAAz is still missing. She wasn't in the ELITE FE. At this point, she may miss the next season.

The production for FE torunaments is generally awful and ELITE might be the worst. I don't know how can you host a tournament without an english cast. I also remember watching Aim and Zana stream like a weak ago and even they were confused when is the next ELITE event... Tradeit is only slightly better. Atleast they have good casters, but the delays in the last event were making it borderline unwatchable. I like -Emerald +Juliano, but i have serious doubts about ramziiN replacing Astra. It feels like a pretty big downgrade. Honestly i like +AverOna better, sad it didn't work out. It feels like Imp is deteriorating more and more since their tier 1 run. I guess it has to be tough to go from being very dominant in the Fe scene to being constantly stomped on in intergender matches and now losing zAAz. Also they sadly got quite a lot of hate(especially zAAz) which probably doesn't insipre much confidence. At this point i think they need to -Tory -Bubble to get back to the top. I hope she doesn't retire. It would be really sad to see most likely the GOAT of female scene go out in such manner :( By the way are you going to watch Lotus Challenge finals in about 30 minutes?

> By the way are you going to watch Lotus Challenge finals in about 30 minutes? Yes. They didn't start as I write theses lines. twitch.tv/lotushuboficial > The production for FE tournaments is generally awful and ELITE might be the worst. I don't know how can you host a tournament without an english cast ELITE FE was designed to promote the female scene in France. Minaley (the host) got sponsored by Vitality to organize it, but with few money. That is why the price pool is so small and they don't recruit english casters. > i have serious doubts about ramziiN replacing Astra. She is the only good awper available (not really, K17sun4 was not bad but she lacks experience). Kaoday and Juliano can take the AWP but Kaoday is IGL and Juliano don't use it on a regular basis. If averOna was an awper, I would agree. > It feels like Imp is deteriorating more and more since their tier 1 run. I don't know if Tory was the issue. I agree that maybe the 4-player core might need to change at some point, after playing together for almost 4 years. Is it an IGL problem? Maybe...

Imagine getting sponsored by Team Vitality and Skinclub and only handing out 1500 euros every 3 months or so? Minaley is the goat for trying to support the fe scene. maybe they will scale it up someday

I take that back about ELITE being the worst organizer. Lotus Challenge just started the game an hour and fifteen minutes after the time listed on liquipedia. They had a liquipedia page only for the final, the stream is in 720p and already went down twice. Casters got their mics from temu, there is no english cast and on top of that the in-game sound is completely scuffed.

I followed many accounts related to FECS on twitter. Sadly many fe events are not vrs compatible, except for esl impact and tradeit. > EU Impact is going to look really strong > It feels like Imp is deteriorating more and more since their tier 1 run. I guess it has to be tough to go from being very dominant in the Fe scene to being constantly stomped on in intergender matches and now losing zAAz. I think VRS is overall good for FECS. I believe they will be able to make progress if they keep grinding tier 3 events. NiP fought against Sashi and Eclot earlier this year and won only 8 rounds in 2 BO3s. I'm glad that they have come out stronger and can put up some fierce fights now. I also hope for an imp comeback, also that BIG and Zerance can get into some VRS events. The female scene cannot count on one team, neither Imp earlier this year or NiP now. It needs more teams and talents to thrive.

ESL iMPACT is the only female-only VRS tournament so far this year. So if a team makes a good performance (going to the LAN), they might get enough VRS points to get invites.

You should check female-only tournaments: EEF : hltv.org/stats/players/16764/zana?csVers.. ESL Impact season 7: hltv.org/stats/players/16764/zana?csVers.. It is hard to determine the rating of a female team when you include mixed-gender tournaments. Female-only events are more relevant to get the real level.

OMG! The caster is so boring! CCT, I am begging you, kick this man and bring LucyLuce! By the way, I am sorry but I don't recognize Imperial Valkyries. They got destroyed on inferno back-to-back, and it's worse. It seems that they didn't prepared anything after the last match. Tory, what is going on? Ladies, what is going on? ImpV coach, what is going on? Imperial Org, what is going on? Let's see what will happen on Mirage, but I am afraid this is gonna be 2-0. I have a hot take, but I will keep that for later...

I take back what I said. ImpV got sick of getting disrespected, so they punished NIP. That's the team we love to see. All lot of things need to be fixed and dealt with before the Impact league for those teams. Let's see what they will show us in September.

I mean I think they can only properly anti strat mid season on esl impact, it's not like they can see demos of what everyone is doing right now when there's only 1 fe tournament since the new additions to the teams xD

I mean, that's kinda my point, especially for the Valkyries. They are overall not great on Inferno and less than a week ago NiP owned them. I doubt they can come up with some revolutionary Inferno strats in a few days, so if i was them i would take my chances on overpass or train. I can understand NiP not banning Mirage after ELITE 5, but in my opinion Imp was trolling when they let NiP pick Inferno.

One week ago I would confidently say that nip is the best fe team. Now it seems much more debatable after their loss against big and imperial. Gosh I still have faith in the nip girls. If heroic academy loses to ef as I expect, I hope nip can find some good rounds against them.

I was high on NiP as well, but now it's much less clear who's on top. Which while sad for NiP is overall better for the women's scene. This season of Impact is looking great so far.

The season has not started yet, so I guess every teams want to evaluate themself, at Elite FE. They probably picked the same maps because Ancient and Mirage were the most played maps on the female scene last season (except for NA, where Anubis was most picked than Ancient). It is possible they are saving strats for the next season and avoid maps they didn't prepare enough.
