Team Dignitas have confirmed that they have completed their CS:GO squad with the addition of Finn "karrigan" Andersen from mousesports.

The Danish team had been on the lookout for a new player since parting ways with Henrik "⁠FeTiSh⁠" Christensen just days after returning home from DreamHack Winter, where they were sent packing in the quarter-finals courtesy of a 0-2 defeat against Natus Vincere.

dignitas have now confirmed the rumours linking them with veteran Finn "⁠karrigan⁠" Andersen, who will reunite with his former CPH Wolves team-mate René "⁠cajunb⁠" Borg.

karrigan's third mouz spell is over

karrigan, who will take over as dignitas' ingame leader, had been playing for mousesports for the last two months. His last event under the banner of the German organisation was the ESEA Finals, where the team came in 7th-8th.

dignitas have been drawn in Group A of the ESL Pro League and will take on German side myKPV.de in the first round of the tournament.

With these changes, dignitas now have:

What people have to understand is that a team need players with certain roles, You can't just slam Aizy into the team again, skill + position and role = how good you fit in the team. A team with 5 getrights would suck for example.

Well you cant talk about their ct/t side if you did not watch their games as you stated doubtfuly about their achivements. I did watch many of their games, idk why you assumed that I didn't. So they won 2 online tournaments, one where the only competition was Clan-Mystik. That is not dominating and I forgot about these two tournaments because online doesn't matter. They haven't won an international tournament on lan ever. And just because they used to be good doesn't mean that Fetish wasn't the problem. NiP also used to be good, but they made a roster change because fiffy was the problem. Also, you never said they were top 3 (at least while you were responding to me) You simply said they dominated which I disagree with. We clearly have different views on what the word "dominant" means in the context of CSGO. And their t-side has always been crap. Seriously. The only reason why won any games is because they're ct side was amazing, and that isn't even the case anymore.

kept fetish. worst case? take a youngun off of myxmg or cph wolves to groom and go with the lgb style, that core 4 of dig have too much xp already, and if they want to play a different play style they can accomplish that. and if you need awping? device can take care of that part. they re all hybrids anyway.

yeah i also didn't think their bad perfomances were fetishes fault (ok maybe their lack of T side strats could be up to him), its really hard to find out who you could kick. device and dupreeh are the two stars, Xyp9x is not as good but more consistent. I would've not even recruit cajun in the first place and try with karrigan in the first place.

i think before he left the roster for the first time toawrds the end i thought cajun was much better than dupreeh and overall better than device at clutch moments. but guy seems a bit weird and they were really bad on cph wolves. still my dream team would be these 4 + nico. but im almost certainly sre it wouldnt work cuz dedication and nico cant be used in the same sentence. but i still believe towards the end of 2013 nico was absolutely the best awper out there.

Hope for the best for this team, great potential, but dunno if Karrigan can impress as IGL, if they are considering being top4 again. Doesnt seem likely, but lets hope to differ. :) Also sad to think that last time dignitas played REALLY well was at ESL Cologne, unfortunately they ran into fnatic in the semi-finals - and yeah, all of us with just a little bit of brain know now that flusha cheated back then. So they actually deserved a final and maybe even a win! In which again could have changed the dynamic of this team in future events not being "chokers" etc. Sad that 1 person can ruin so much for everyone else.

Everyone with a bit of a brain, knows that random clips of gifs and on youtube isn't enough to catch anyone. Neither is there any real proff in those videos. Funny enough flusha just finished DHW with the second highest rating of all players even with all the precautions taken by the admins. So I guess you're not of those with a little bit of brain, even though you might be right, since your argument is only based on speculations.

I havent talked about catching anyone, thats you bringing that up. That you cant see it is real proof that he has cheated in multiple videoes, gifs, etc, is none of my concern. I just wrote that everyone with a little bit of brain is able to spot the cheat, so maybe that makes you the guy with a lacking amount of knowledge/brains? :-) I really dont want to argue with random HLTV-users whether he has cheated or not, absolutely no point in that, considering you think he is cheatfree because he has a high rating at latest LAN. Yes I can't see it, because it is not obvious or simply isn't there. All of the videoes can be explained, which is why he isn't banned in any tournament. You could make such videoes for all players, it is just a matter of having the demos. This HLTV random (you could have pushed my nick to read my description) has years and years of experience with counter-strike, and have played at decent level in cs. So now I am to disregard my own experience, and listen to you, who doesn't have the needed proof? No your word means jack shit to anyone. I have never said he was cheat free. What I am saying is that he is cheat free until the point he is caught, because you can't condemn a person on beliefs...

Stating you have years of experience in CS i kinda ironic, considering you dont seem to think this guy has been using a 3rd part program and playing CS. So you have never in your "years of experience" (kappa) seen someone cheat and not get banned by VAC? You know that is not the case, or at least I hope so, if you really have "years of experience". You can use google-cheats and not get banned by VAC - I mean, come on... As I stated before, the stupidity is too damn high if all beliefs of who is cheating and who is not relys only on Valve and VAC. That you cant condomn a person only regarding on beliefs is kinda true, but it is also a big dilemma. As I have stated before on HLTV, the organizations and responsibles SHOULD ban or making fnatic unable to take part in tournaments, because he cannot be trusted - obviously because he has been using cheats, if you use your eyes and have knowledge about CS on a higher level than random-hltv-user-2014. If I was in that position, I wouldnt let a player like him participate, and I wouldnt waste prizemoney on a cheater.

I can see you don't understand what I am getting at. We are not talking about VAC and I am not some naive kid who thinks that just because there isn't a VAC ban, people won't have the opportunity to cheat. E.g. we already know that sf and KQLY did cheat long before their actual VAC ban. But don't you think that tournament admins have seen the same evidence as you and already had this discussion? Fact is, even all though this has been going on he is still not banned. Hence he is not a cheater and should not be regarded as such, because as I stated in my first post, there isn't any real evidence in those videoes. If he were a blantant cheater he would get banned just based on the evidence alone (they would go through the demos), if it could hold up, but there is none of the evidence that could be regarded as such, since everything can be explained and done so fairly easy. Thankfully the admins knows this and thankfully you're not an admin. You litteraly want them to ban fnatic on suspicious material alone, it makes no sense, and as I stated earlier, those kind of videoes can be made to look like cheat on any given player. Funny how you're trying to use my experience against me as a bullshit argument. Why is that I have a good amount of experience and I say there is not enough conclusive evidence and you with far less experience say otherwise? Why is it none of the tournament admins have banned him so far? Oh yeah, we must be stupid... best argumentation ever. First of all I dont need to brag about how long my CS career has been to make my point anymore valid. I could mention to you that I have played/watched/followed CS and especially focused on cheating for about 14 years I recall, but thats none of your business. Maybe thats longer than you, maybe its not, I dont really care. I rely on my own assumptions and knowledge about this theme, cheating, and to me it is obvious, which is why that if I WAS an admin or sponsor of big events I would certainly not include a player like flusha in my tournament. Sadly, thats not the case. If no other admins/sponsors/event hosts and whatever hasnt chosen this solution, thats in my eyes just sad - but they can do whatever they want, its not my brand and my money being wasted. Just lucky for flusha that sponsors and LAN organisers doesnt have the experience and knowledge about CS and cheats to make a call, regarding excluding different players. (They only rely on VAC, which is horseshit) I just want the prizemoney to be dealt to clean, fair and trustworthy players. Its fair that you only find the material only suspecious, thats OK my friend, I just shake my head and make a facepalm about it, and you can still carry on with your life. Your view of the case is just completely different than mine. I dont view this as a witchhunt, which you and all other unknowledgable 14-year olds fanboys on this site do too. how cant you people understand? You cant have a team with 5 Top players. Take a dream team, with your 5 favorite aimers/clutchers. They cant do anything against even Penta cause no IGL. IGL doesn't have to be the best aimer. He has to give information to the players that are. Only options Dig had were Karrigan, Gla1ve, myXMG ingame leader and someone we havent seen yet or who is not in a tier 1-2 team.

Not a big fan of this move.. I honestly do not know who I would get instead, if not gla1ve, but I think karrigan is too inconsistent. Do not know if he will fit the role he is given though.

Karrigan isn't that good in CSGO and this team needs somebody better than him. Fetish was fine, but if they were going to replace him, it should have been with gla1ve or inzta at least.

I think it can be a good combo. Karrigan will give more free calls - and thats what dignitas needs with all the aimers they got. Moreover Karrigan has alot of experience as fetish - but will handle the caller-role differently. I just hope his call-style will suit the team. IMO Karrigan isnt better or worse than fetish - so it will all fall with his style and their motivation after he joins.

Can Karrigan awp well? I Believe Fetish awping was the main key to they solid ct hold. Now with him gone, im not sure if they have any other awpers

Device awping and karrigan rifling would be solid too. but imo i would choose gla1ve. since aizy already joined once and I dont think the communication would be 100%.

Actually he can AWP. IMO karrigan is in top5 in Denmark with the awp. Karrigan was a insane awp´er in 1.6 - though he cannot do the same in cs:go with it. Moreover that last time device or cajunb has been the awp´er - not fetish. And when fetish did awp it was mainly on nuke as ct - not really on other maps. More over dignitas never build their game around a awp´er like NAVI or teams with Kennys does.
