GEDUKT, volgare round up ASUS ROG

GEDUKT and volgare have finished in the top two in this weekend's ASUS ROG Winter 2015 online qualifier and secured spots at the event on January 30-31.

A grand total of 128 teams took part in the qualifier organized by FACEIT, and many known teams, such as Orbit, LGB and FlipSid3, were eliminated early on Saturday.

Today the final four teams battled it out in a double elimination bracket with AliGon getting knocked out first, and the Germans of GEDUKT prevailing through the upper bracket.

In the lower bracket heavy favorites, Michael "⁠Friis⁠" Jørgensen's unu.AiN were upset by volgare in the consolidation final, where the Hungarian side prevailed 2-1 to qualify for ASUS ROG.
