Team Liquid fill-in at MLG Aspen

Team Liquid have been announced as the last minute replacement for the former iBUYPOWER team at MLG X Games Aspen.

As announced earlier today, the former iBUYPOWER lineup withdrew from MLG Aspen at the last possible minute. Speculation continues to strengthen around the fact that the withdrawl is related to the match-fixing scandal.

Eric "⁠adreN⁠" Hoag and the rest of Liquid to attend MLG Aspen

In the meantime however, MLG have announced that the last minute replacement will be Team Liquid. Liquid recently signed the former Denial squad in a sign of newer organisations investing into the North American scene.

Liquid's lineup is as follows:

Damian "⁠daps⁠" Steele
Jacob "⁠FugLy⁠" Medina
Eric "⁠adreN⁠" Hoag
Keith "⁠NAF⁠" Markovic
Nick "⁠nitr0⁠" Cannella

MLG Aspen will be this lineup's first offline tournament under the Liquid organisation. Liquid will be drawn into group B alongside fnatic, LDLC and CLG.

What? Players lost the game, not dboorn. If they actually thought in the middle of the match that they shouldn't throw, then Derek would've lost all the skins he bet and they would just come out clean. Sure he was involved because he bet with knowing that they are throwing, but he wasn't the one throwing so why not just get in with the betting?
