fnatic, EnVyUs proceed to IOS semi

The most deciding match was the one of NiP and fnatic on de_inferno, with the latter starting off as Counter-Terrorists and winning the initial pistol round following a A bombsite push from NiP.

Doubles by Christopher "⁠GeT_RiGhT⁠" Alesund and Patrik "⁠f0rest⁠" Lindberg in the anti-eco helped NiP respond right afterwards, which rockestarted a four-round streak for the ASUS ROG Winter champions.

Then fnatic had a streak of their own, a seven-round one at that, as NiP were trying to get into both bombsite in the last twenty seconds without success. They managed to make it work in the end, as they got two rounds out of the remaining four.

Jesper "⁠JW⁠" Wecksell's smart one-on-two in the second pistol put NiP on a eight-round deficit, soon lowered to five before fnatic won their first gunround as Terrorists at 14-8. An eco-round win then put them on match point, forcing NiP on a bad buy, soon turned into a semi-final spot for fnatic at 16-9.

LGB still had a chance to go through to the semis, had they won against EnVyUs, provided that NiP lost to fnatic, but a pistol round in the beginning was almost all they could do during the whole map.

EnVyUs secured a semi-finals spot when they won the match at 16-3 with a 12-3 halftime scoreline as Counter-Terrorists on de_inferno.
