you do realize that's literally IMPOSSIBLE to have 0 na teams in playoffs? the way it works people who take 1st seed (win the winners match) are automatically in the SEMI FINAL So 1 TAKES ON ? 2 TAKES ON ? quarterfinal #1 winner= ? quarterfinal #2 winner= ? 3 teams come out of each group theres 2 na teams each group retarded rolin'?

give 4 spots to Ukraine like for yours continent. If it could be 8 spots to whole world, I think only 1-2 teams from whole NA and SA would able to play in finals.

1st seed in groups get auto spots in SF#1 and #2. QF#1 and #2 will be battled out between 2nd and 3rd place in groups respectively: #2 of group A vs #3 of group B #2 of group B vs #3 of group A Last placed teams in groups will be eliminated. Bo1 groups, Bo3 playoffs, Bo5 final.

Because Keyd lost 5 league matches to C9's 3 losses. Thus C9 are the higher seed in the finals.

Groups: 1-Envyus 2-Virtus.pro 3-Cloud9 4-Luminosity 1-Fnatic 2-TSM 3-Keyd 4-CLG Quartefinals: Keyd vs Virtuspro Cloud9 vs TSM Semifinals Keyd vs Envyus TSM vs fnatic Final: Keyd vs fnatic Champion: Fnatic #Ibelieve I do not see this bad group for keyd, pass three teams to the next stage, and they fell to the weakest team of the group (CLG), they have an easy way to the quarterfinals, after that they will have to surprise Virtuspro or Envyus, which will be very difficult indeed if they can draw a map of fnatic or TSM in the group stage to face Cloud9 or LG, if they would get halfway to stay among the top 4 teams.

What a massive waste.. giving NA 4 slots is just fucking pointless, now the groups are fucked since there are 4 t1 teams and 4 t3+ teams.. It's not gonna be even fun to watch a fully prepared fnatic take a shit on CLG and 16-0 them twice in a row..

Then what are you worried about? The same four teams will be in the semi-finals that you see every other LAN. Nothings different except they all get a warmup match. The only difference is there's equal representation from the NA side. Seeing as ESEA fronted HALF the money, it really amounts to you hating NA. If it's frustrating you so much, why not just skip watching CS that weekend and just catch back up to any other weekend and see the same 6-8 EU teams playing each other?

there is no chance that the NA teams & keyd win even one match so there is no reason to watch four 16 - x games. i would rather see nip navi titan on a lan which all have a chance to get to the playoffs. iam not worried about anything, just bored that half of the tournament is just, like you said, warmup.

Its frustrating because there are so many better teams than CLG or luminosity who could actually at least give a decent challenge to the top teams rather than being complete pushovers. There are other teams in the world who are better and devote more time to cs, and therefor deserve the spot to compete against the best. Fucking idiotic that simply by living in another continent these guys get away for being lesser.

Why people talk about tier 1 and tier 2 and tier 3 and so on teams makes me laugh. Show me the rules and regulations for being set in one such tier... exactly. They don't exist. So saying a ream is tier 1 and another team us tier 3+ is just your opinion on the team. Those so called tier 3+ are what you might call tier 1 teams in NA. So basically my point is, stop saying one team is this tier and another that tier, because those tiers do NOT exist.

Can I be the next to say how fucking dumb it is to have an 8 team major with 2-4 teams being out of it before the thing even starts. EU should, without a doubt, have twice the representation that NA has and that just simple demographics not to mention that 6 EU teams would fare better and beat NA sides at lan consistently. What a fucking travesty this shit is, leave it to the ESEA braintrust to have its name on the banner.
