The second semi-final of the tournament brought together mousesports, fresh off convincing 2-0 wins against Na`Vi and Luminosity Gaming, and Conquest, the last remaining hope for North American fans at the event.

The first map of the series was de_inferno, where mousesports got off to a fantastic start as they stormed to a 7-0 lead. Conquest then tried to hold their opponents off, but the rounds they edged out were few and far between as mouz continued in control of the economy and closed out the half with an 11-4 lead. 

In the second half, Conquest looked much livelier and won six rounds in a row after losing the pistol round, but then mousesports regained control of the match and won four of the next five rounds to seal a 16-11 success.

Map two was de_overpass, where Conquest looked dominant during the early stages of the game, taking a 10-5 lead into the second half after finding themselves down 2-4. A glock ace from William "⁠RUSH⁠" Wierzba then allowed the Canadian side to extend their lead, and even though mouz pulled back in gun rounds, the economic control exerted by the home side was just crushing.

The decider map was de_cache, where mousesports started off strongly by winning the pistol round courtesy of a quad kill from Johannes "⁠nex⁠" Maget. The German continued in the driving seat, not giving Conquest the chance to build on the few round wins they had in the half as the scoreline bloomed to 12-3.

Conquest found a lifeline in the second half by winning the pistol round and the following two anti-ecos, but three stunning entry frags from nex in the first gun round put the home side in a dire economic situation. Still, Conquest pulled back right away and strung a series of rounds together to reduce the gap to 11-13 before mousesports woke up and picked up three rounds in a row to seal passage to the grand final.
