NiP demolish SK at Fb Masters

NiP and SK were pitted up against each other in the first upper bracket semi-final and the first map was set to be de_cache, which was heavily expected to go NiP's way considering SK rarely play the map.

After the Danes with one Swede won the T-side pistol round quite one-sidedly with a smoke-off A strategy, things soon turned sour, starting with the second-round forcebuy by NiP. Patrik "⁠f0rest⁠" Lindberg and Aleksi "⁠allu⁠" Jalli started picking up the double AWP as soon as they got to the economy needed, and SK rarely had a chance to turn rounds in their favor.

NiP continued to bash the hammer on the nail until it was 13-1, which was when SK got a round to play with towards the end of the half. Soon SK bit the dust after getting faked to oblivion with an unusual strategy from NiP in the pistol round, as f0rest and company had no trouble closing map one at 16-2 before switching over to de_mirage.

The second map started much like the first, barring SK's pistol round win, as NiP stormed onto a 6-0 lead as Terrorists without breaking much sweat before the mostly-Danish lineup took a stand. The next two rounds were exchanged between the teams, but then SK turned a 3-on-5 around and got two more rounds afterwards.

Once again two rounds were split and SK got to a double-AWP setup of their own for 8-6. NiP were on very low money for the last round, but were still able to sweep their opposition with tec9's and CZ-75's to make it a 9-6 lead on their Terrorist side.

A clean pistol round with a triple from allu sent NiP to 14-6 after a couple of gunrounds, in the second of which Adam "⁠friberg⁠" Friberg got a quad-kill in a 2-on-4. By that point Richard "⁠Xizt⁠" Landström brought out the scar-20 and helped his team defeat SK Gaming 16-6, 2-0.
