Method sign ex-PiTER

Method have revealed their new lineup as they signed the players that formerly played for PiTER.

About ten days ago, Method declared that they let go of their two remaining players, Samuel "⁠SileNt⁠" Portillo and Justin "⁠just9n⁠" Ortiz, after lacking a consistent five-man crew.

Method stated that they were on the lookout for signing a new team and it didn't take long for the management to find what they were looking for.

Roughly five days ago, Russian squad's captain Nikita "⁠waterfaLLZ⁠" Matveyev expressed to HLTV.org that they lost support from PiTER's sponsors and that they wanted to sign with another organization. The ex-PiTER players have now reached to an agreement to accept Method as their new home.


Method will compete in the CIS Minor Championship

With this agreement, after supporting competitors from North America, Method has decided to back a roster from the CIS region for the first time. waterfaLLZ is the face of the line-up and he will try to boost his team with two eighteen year old up-and-coming youngsters: Ivan "⁠spaze⁠" Obrezhan and Savelii "⁠jmqa⁠" Bragin. Accompanying them will be Dmitriy "⁠facecrack⁠" Alekseyev and Aleksei "⁠ub1que⁠" Polivanov.

The new Method lineup will look as follows:

Russia Ivan "⁠spaze⁠" Obrezhan
Russia Savelii "⁠jmqa⁠" Bragin
Russia Dmitriy "⁠facecrack⁠" Alekseyev

Method will play their first tournament with the new roster in the CIS Minor Championship which will feature $50,000 in cash prizes and where a spot at the MLG Columbus qualifier will be up for grabs. HLTV.org will provide full coverage for the CIS minor which will take place from January 22-24th.
