Temp.no seek organisation

Temp.no are on the lookout for an organisation to represent ahead of Copenhagen Games, team member Anders "aNdz" Kjær has told HLTV.org.

The Norwegian team were recently in action under the name "demise" at The Convention, where they clinched the first prize of approximately $3,500 after defeating the likes of RCTIC and GamersLeague.

With a roster featuring some of the most experienced players in Norway, including 28-year-old veteran Jon "DaY" Thomas Rudstrøm and former Alchemists member Kristian "KORN" Hokland, Temp.no are now looking to attend Copenhagen Games, taking place later this month.

DaY & co seek a new home

Anders "aNdz" Kjær is confident that the team will be able to make their mark on the Danish tournament, which will have €30,000 on offer, and he has set his sights on a top-three finish.

"For Norwegian teams, Copenhagen Games has always delivered some of the best LAN experiences," Kjær told HLTV.org. "Its format lets teams like ours show what we are made of by letting them play a lot of CS.

"We have been playing together for a while now, and that is starting to show. We expect Copenhagen Games to be our breakthrough event, and we will fight hard for a podium finish.

"We have already started our preparation for the event, and we plan on playing up to five days a week to get in proper shape. We will probably do a small bootcamp before the event to finalise the last details.

"To get there we need an organisation willing to support us. If you find this interesting, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]."

Temp.no have the following roster:

Norway Kristian "KORN" Hokland
Norway Jon "DaY" Thomas Rudstrøm
Norway Henrik "neto" Kristengård
Norway Anders "aNdz" Kjær
Norway Christian "moen" Moen

The Netherlands got what, 16 million population while a country like Sweden got less than 10 million, yet they are still the strongest nation in CS. I don't see why NL couldn't have a team just because they are a small nation

"don't expect team when our country is 2 square km big" Netherlands has 3x higher population than Norway. The size of the country is irrelevant. if anything, Norway being such a huge country with so low population will just make it even harder to form a team, as people can live up to 30 hours away from eachother.

Meh i disagree, they have been in the scene for so long. DaY is also a 1.6 legend so all1.6 former players should know him.

"Legend!"? Why do you think he is a 1.6 legend!? What has he achieved/done to earn such title? He was a well known 1.6er but I'm really curious to hear what makes him a legend.

There are some controversies in what you're saying. Not only don't you know DaY, but you say you don't know any of them and follow CS closely. Apparently you only follow a small part of the scene closely and not the general competitive teams. Being tier 4 or 5 for that matter is still good players and teams, of course they are not the top of the pop, but these are still players that are known since BX3, Agent and Lions (their former teams) have all been featured here at HLTV more than just a couple of times.

Well. This team is top3/top4 Norway, for sure what you would say tier3? Absolutely worthy of an organization that can cover event expenses and such. As for results, they are one of the top contenders in Telenor league, and they just recently beat teams such as RCTIC in BO3 on LAN and from what I can recall they have put up some decent fights online as well.. Mediocre? Maybe if you compare to T1/T2..

lmfao :D They see that even cadians team can get full time salaries so might as well try to get the same. Nobody can tell me those tier 6 teams like RCTIC and Preperation are worth their full time salaries for the orgs. Edit: Obv these guys are another tier below RCTIC and Prep, would be a joke to sponsor them with any kind of salary. If anything orgs should be looking at Arctic, Dendd or Orgless, maybe mertz' new team.

Anders "aNdz" Kjær is confident that the team will be able to make their mark on the Danish tournament, which will have €30,000 on offer, and he has set his sights on a top-three finish. LOL

"We have already started our preparation for the event, and we plan on playing up to five days a week to get in proper shape. We will probably do a small bootcamp before the event to finalise the last details." That isn't much up to an event, of course people have lives, but with such short time until the event planning on playing simply isn't gonna cut it, unless the opponents are just as unprepared.
