EnVyUs through to playoffs in Kiev

The last decider match started on Dust 2, where the game began with teams trading rounds, with EnVyUs eventually taking a 4-1 lead. Zhuo "⁠advent⁠" Liang's 1vs2 inside the B bombsite then put VG.CyberZen back in the game and inspired them to put together a small run of rounds to equalise the score at 4-4.

The next round saw EnVyUs retake the lead on the back of Kenny "⁠kennyS⁠" Schrub's AWP quad-kill, and extending it to 9-4 after three more gunrounds including a couple of clutch situations.

The final two rounds of the half ended up going VG's way, but they were unable to keep their momentum going as EnVyUs won the pistol round and then stretched their lead to 13-6 with some dominant gun rounds.

The Frenchmen ended up losing an anti-eco round, a blunder that could have proved costly as the Chinese went on a fantastic run to bring the scoreline to 14-14. That is when EnVyUs finally picked themselves up and won two rounds in a row to save face and take the lead in the series.

Map two was Cache, which began with VG.CyberZen taking the lead following a flawless CT pistol round. However, EnVyUs hit back in the next round, and went on a great run as they closed out the half with a commanding 13-2 lead, with the Asian side looking completely helpless. 

The Asian team found a lifeline in the second half as they picked up the pistol round, but more misery was heading their way as EnVyUs bagged the next three rounds to seal a convincing 2-0 victory.
