EnVyUs to Gfinity Invitational

EnVyUs is the third team to be confirmed for next week's $100,000 Gfinity CS:GO Invitational by Omen by HP.

After the announcement of the Swedish team GODSENT and yesterday's addition of MOUZ, the third team to take part in the Gfinity CS:GO invitational has been revealed - Envy!

The French team has not been in elite form for quite some time and are currently 11th in the HLTV's team ranking, but should still pose a serious challenge to the other teams contending for the $100,000 prize pool in Birmingham, UK.

EnVyUs played with SIXER as a stand-in at StarSeries

Gfinity will be the third event in three weeks for Kenny "⁠kennyS⁠" Schrub's squad - they attended StarSeries Season 2 last week and will be present at DreamHack Bucharest that starts tomorrow.

The list of teams for the Gfinity CS:GO Invitational is now as follows:

The fourth and final team for the event is to be announced tomorrow.

They (NV) got out of groups at Starladder in Kiev and lost 14-16 13-16 vs G2 with a stand in (SIXER), they probably would have beat G2 with NBK and would have reached semi final. GodSent did not get out of group. :)

I still think, as bad and disappointing has been NV for the past months they are improving a bit, while GodSent hasn't (or almost) shown any good thing since the team (with the current line up) started.

it's a new lineup just because envy have "improved" (yes they have but shit compared to 2015) I still don't think they're better than godsent

The "new team" "excuse" is less valid when they are all swedish and most of them have played together at a point in their respective careers. It's not like they are Splyce with 5 players from different countries (only DAVEY and arya were in the team) with some players (like Machinegun) not really good in english. As of now, GodSent is clearly disappointing.

last year also they conducted a tournament with same format. Gfinity champion of champion and it was one of the best tournaments all three bo5's went into 5th map.

why does this garbage team still get invited to fucking events? I don't get it... There are many more teams out there that need a chance instead of this utter garbage mess of a team.
