Teams for ECS Season 2 determined
All 20 teams have been determined for season 2 of the Esports Championship Series (ECS) following the end of the Development Leagues in Europe and North America.
dignitas were the final team to book their place in the European ECS division after easing past fellow Danish rivals Tricked 3-0, following in the footsteps of GODSENT, who had topped the round robin stage of the Development League with a 4-3-0 record.
In North America, the qualifier went according to script as Brazilian duo SK Gaming and Immortals secured spots in ECS, with the former Luminosity squad winning all of their matches.

SK breezed through the Developtment League
ECS Season 2 will debut on October 7 and will come to an end on December 7 with the offline finals, taking place at an as-yet unannounced location. A total of $1.75 million is up for grabs, with the a figure including financial support to the teams attending the finals.
