havoK steps down from Risky

The only Indian player, havoK, of the United Arab Emirates team known as Risky, has withdrawn from the active line-up since its foundation.

Risky made headlines in the Asian scene at the start of the year, securing their spots at the first two Asian Minors where they achieved 5th-6th placings at IEM Taipei and PGL KeSPA.

The squad made a roster change in July with Abdullah "⁠t0ks⁠" Al-Ghafari replacing Abdulaziz "⁠Nami⁠" Al-Hammadi, who had to serve a 12-month conscription in the UAE military. The team had disappointing results after this move, which included a 9th-12th finish at the eXTREMESLAND Asia Finals, that was accompanied by another failure with Risky not securing a spot at the third Asian Minor due to a 5th-8th position in the qualifier.

havoK's Risky dominated the majority of the Indian and Middle-East scene this year

Obaid "⁠breAker⁠" Al-Muhairi's side later stepped up and qualified for the ROG Masters Asia Finals in Malaysia, accomplishing a top four placing at the event, falling to the Singaporean team, dream[S]cape in the semis. In addition, they recently qualified for the DreamHack Masters Las Vegas Closed Asian Qualifier, taking place from December 3-4.

An unfortunate turn of events occurred, as Love "⁠havoK⁠" Paras reveals on Twitter today that he has decided to leave the team due to personal commitments, which affected his work and family. The team's current coach, Saeed "Osman" Al-Mharmi will take his place in the active roster.

Due to havoK leaving, the current roster is now the following:

Khalid "⁠KarriBob⁠" Al-Junaibi
Mohammed "⁠k1tkat⁠" Al-Nuaimi

:D more like a loss for Indian csgo scene. He was perhaps the only saving grace. I know; our scene is that bad. HavoK leaving Risky would hurt them, but nevertheless it wont hurt them alot, since the communication barrier is removed, a whole roster with their first language is better imo, although HavoK is a strong player , 39man is one of the best players in the region and would do very well.
