Video: NiP vs. HellRaisers highlights

Our video editor Josip 'brcho' Brtan has compiled a highlight reel of the overtime thriller on Overpass between NiP and HellRaisers at the ELEAGUE Major Main Qualifier.

With both teams having won their opening matches at the all-important ELEAGUE Major Main Qualifier, Ninjas in Pyjamas and HellRaisers faced off on the second day of the qualifier in a game which went back and forth and featured numerous jaw-dropping plays.

The game kicked off in good fashion for HellRaisers as Hungarian Bence "⁠DeadFox⁠" Böröcz secured a fast-paced USP quad kill while defending the A site against the Swedes of NiP.

And it was DeadFox who later kept HellRaisers alive on the 28th round, when the team were trailing 12-15, by securing a quad kill and most importantly a one-versus-two on the B site to keep the team in the game.

NiP's Patrik "⁠f0rest⁠" Lindberg upped the ante in overtime by winning a seemingly unwinnable round as he pulled off an AWP collateral against two HR players during a retake on the B site and defused the bomb in time.

Ultimately however, it was HellRaisers who closed the game out 19-17. To see the aforementioned plays and more highlight-worthy action, view our highlight reel below.

stich I don't get it. 10 years from now we are going to be watching these moments and do you really still want us to see "csgofast" and ruin the moment? Worst part is you gys won't even be paid for it in the future.

should have ended at 15-12 but pyth couldnt hit his awp shot and then failed to kill him with m4 when deadfox only has 30 hp.I actually thought deadfox played that 2v1 very good ,i thought that he predicted that double peek and already made it behind pillar before taking fight with f0rest. GG Pyth ididot.

yeah you can blame him for that, but there is also the pressure on these players and it just happens that they dont hit the easiest shots..

Despite just ending in regulation, I thought the Optic vs Faze match was more thrilling to watch. -8 clutches to this games 4, in much less rounds. -So many tight rounds down to the wire, crazy 4ks by players out of nowhere and still losing the round -Eco round wins left right and centre -Optic had 17 first kills to Faze's 10, but still lost the game 11-16, mad comebacks mid-round -Was one of the few games this year where I was just fixated on it like WAT. -This games highlights sort jump from 1-5 to 15-12 lol A good video, but felt like you chose the wrong game to highlight from yesterday

Patience is a virtue young brcho. No rush to get it out, especially at 3am! We have plenty of enjoyment from the scene already - one day won't hurt. ;)
