Tyloo players YuanZhang "AttackeR" Sheng and YuLun "fancy1" Cai, and the team's coach QiFang "Karsa" Su have been displaced by the organization while HaoWen "somebody" Xu was suspended for contacting other teams.

The most successful Chinese team TyLoo have removed two of its players, suspended one, and also fired their coach.

YuanZhang "⁠Attacker⁠" Sheng, YuLun "⁠Summer⁠" Cai, and HaoWen "⁠somebody⁠" Xu, who contacted players from other teams in order to create a new squad, have also received bans from various tournaments, including WCA, Pro Gamer League, ESL, and WESG.

fancy1 is no longer with Tyloo

TyLoo will attend the WESG 2016 World Finals on January 12th with three stand-ins as only two players remain from their previous lineup. Here is their roster for the event:

* Attacker, Summer, QiFang "⁠Karsa⁠" Su, and somebody have given the following statement to HLTV.org and claimed players were actually not under contract:

"First of all, the players never actually had a contract in writing with TyLoo. The organization promised that the players would have the same basic salary for every single player but they failed their promise. DD, and fancy1 were later offered more salary but were told to not tell this to other teammates. DD accepted, fancy1 refused.

This caused resentment for attacker, somebody, and karsa. The organization didn’t keep their promise to pay everyone the same salary so players decided to leave. Then TyLoo made an alliance with the event organizers to ban the players.

We will give HLTV.org a more detailed statement on January 11."

** HLTV.org received an official statement from TyLoo saying that the players actually are under contract and have been removed due to damaging the relationships in the team and with the organization.

"Since TYLOO CSGO team returned to China after the E-League Major Qualifier, team coach Qifang Su (Karsa) and player Yulun Cai (fancy1) have been contacting with other organization, while still in the contract period, and also persuaded teammates to join the other organisation. The behavior has not only damaged the good relationship with the company, but also stimulated internal conflicts in the team.

After serious consultations, the company has make the following decisions:

1. Discharges Qifang Su’s (Karsa) position as team coach.
2. Yulun Cai (fancy1) and Yuanzhang Sheng (AttackeR) into inactive status, banned to represent TYLOO participating any events.
3. Haowen Xu (somebody) into suspension.

We also want to thanks to Hui Wu (DD) and Ke Liu (Mo) for trusting the company in any situation."

It has also been explained that Attacker recently signed (in November) a new contract set to expire in April 2019, while the contracts of Summer and somebody will expire at the end of February 2017. That, however, does not mean that the players will remain banned from participating in all mentioned events until their contracts expire, but until the conflict is resolved.

The organization points out that the situation of somebody differs from the other two players as they are still in talks with him about the future.

Let's just say that language would be the first problem. Then it comes to the visa,the most important factor. For many of those esports players in China,their family backgrounds can be not so trustworthy from the perspective of visa officials,coz many of them were just kids who did not come from decent families(financially I mean) several years back,thus without enough education(developing countries with so many problems,you name it).That's why they would spend a lot of time on gaming in the Internet bar.You always need something to kill the time right?XDD Now they've become adults.But when they have interviews at the consulate in order to get visa,their backgrounds are likely to show that they don't have any kinds of foundations or basis here.No apartments on their own for example(RIP housing prices in China,so expensive)(You won't believe it but TI2 champion IG's member YYF spent most of the prize money buying an apartment in Shanghai).Besides no proper diplomas or certificates.For many visa officials,esports is something fresh new even kinda bullshit.They'd simply consider their visa application as a potential intention of illegal immigration.Valve even contacted the US consulate once before TI to assist visa applications from Chinese dota2 players.Unfortunately few can be done for them.And that's the same situation Tyloo players are faced with now if they truly wanna play CSGO abroad. seems like a lot of people commenting didn't finish reading the article: "First of all, the players never actually had a contract in writing with TyLoo. The organization promised that the players would have the same basic salary for every single player but they failed their promise. DD, and fancy1 were later offered more salary but were told to not tell this to other teammates. DD accepted, fancy1 refused. This caused resentment for attacker, somebody, and karsa. The organization didn’t keep their promise to pay everyone the same salary so players decided to leave. Then TyLoo made an alliance with the event organizers to ban the players.

not really, this happens alot in any sports including football. But it's also the reason you see it happen alot less cause football players know the risk. At the end of the day, its another set example of what contracted CSGO players can expect. Reminds me of the fxy0 ban for throwing games/bet.

Hard to say who is telling the truth. Because according to tyloo's official claim, they have the official contract and these players did betray that contract. This official claim is published much earlier than this message here. If you can read Chinese and go to different forums in China you will find many different stories about this. What is interesting is that many csers including legends such as Alex44, aiwa, tb, etc. support the tyloo club but not these players. At least we know the fact that Attacker said that they were not doing this for money on his weibo (i.e., Chinese "twitter"). However, they said this is completely the money issue. So... really hard to say what happened. Wait for more details and more proves.

Updates from fancy, attacker and karsa's weibo (Chinese version of twitter) accounts. In summary, according to them (mostly fancy, who spoke out the most): 1. fancy and Attacker do have a contract with Tyloo starting from early 2016 until early 2017. Karsa the coach, however, never has one all the way, and therefore is unbounded by any supposed restrictions to do anything from the club whatsoever. 2. Before their formal contract, fancy already played for tyloo for a while, and had been approached by other Chinese clubs with a much higher salary (20 times more than Tyloo offered) 3. In 11.2016, after their loss in US (presumably the 0-16 defeat from Cloud9 in IEM Oakland), tyloo, with consent of all the team members, "decided" to remove Mo from the roster and put Karsa in. But somehow it didn't happen. 4. After coming back to US, with their contracts expiring soon, they approached the club for a better salary and some modifications of unfavorable terms in their contracts. The response from Tyloo management was to secretly offer Fancy and "another player" (presumably DD) higher salary than others. "Another player" accepted, fancy rejected and immediately informed it to other members. 5. Thereafter, the members met with the management again, asking for equal salaries but the management openly rejected it. It seemed that then the members did not insist on it and ask for modifications of the unfavorable terms in the contracts. The management only verbally promise the improvement but refuse to apply it in the contract. Fancy, Attacker and Karsa were then determined to leave the club after the expiration of their contracts (Karsa can do it whenever he wants in fact) 6. The management seemed to be still eager to keep the players and conversed with karsa somebody and attacker with grateful words. Karsa was partially convinced and there seemed to be an agreement that the roster will be kept until the end of the contract period. 7. Only one day later they leared that HZ from AG club will come to Tyloo, thus chaging the roster and breaking the promise just made by the management. Totally intimidated by this change, they met with the management again and the decision of removing them from the roster was then made and informed by the managemet. 8. They deny any attempt of joining other existing clubs but said that they have only considered establishing their own club.
