Chris "chrisJ" de Jong will reclaim his spot on mousesports' starting roster after DreamHack Masters Las Vegas, the player has revealed on his stream.

The Dutch veteran had been benched by mousesports at the end of January to make room for Tomáš "⁠oskar⁠" Šťastný as the team looked to rebound from a poor run of results that culminated with a group stage exit at the ELEAGUE Major.

However, Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač's impending transfer to FaZe will leave a vacant spot on the roster, which will be filled by Chris "⁠chrisJ⁠" de Jong after the Bosnian talent's final event with the team, DreamHack Masters Las Vegas.

chrisJ to return to mousesports' roster, now as a rifler

chrisJ's return comes with a role swap as he will focus on rifles, with oskar remaining the team's primary AWPer.

mousesports' post-DreamHack Masters Las Vegas roster will consist of:

legija did really good lately. He is a close freind to gob b and he totally fits the team. and Keev is a star awper when you need him. IF he doesn't stay on mouz, some NA team could probably pick him up to get international chances.

yes i know that and i think it is very unlikely big is going to kick gob, tabsen, legija or nex i don't know how well they know keev. i think he might be the "maikelele" and the rest of the squad stays together until someone leaves just like fiffy did. however i thought having chris in legija place would be an updgrade. he is a really solid rifler, so keev could still play the awp and chris would be a tier1 2nd awper (actually i think he is better at awping than keev anyway) plus i have seen legija picking up the awp sometime and i don't think that is an option against tier 1 opposition. but then again who else could play the 2nd awp? tabsen comes to mind but he is to sick with rifles
