Official: ScreaM joins EnVyUs

EnVyUs have formally confirmed the signing of former G2 member Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom.

The Belgian star had been playing for EnVyUs as a substitute since the start of the month, after being left out of G2's 'Super Team' as the organisation signed Nathan "⁠NBK-⁠" Schmitt, Kenny "⁠kennyS⁠" Schrub and Dan "⁠apEX⁠" Madesclaire from the 2015 DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca champions.

After leaving G2, Adil "⁠ScreaM⁠" Benrlitom reportedly held talks with FaZe and even went as far as to play with the team in practice matches, but the North American organisation ultimately signed Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač from mousesports.

ScreaM is officially an EnVyUs player

ScreaM, who travelled to London on Monday with the team for a bootcamp, will become EnVyUs' new fifth player, taking the spot that was only briefly held by David "⁠devoduvek⁠" Dobrosavljevic.

The weapon itself isn't. But the game was designed the way that if you missed the first shot, you would get immediatly punished by getting spammed through the paper walls. So yeah, Awping was shit.

It doesn't even seem that you have played 1.6 at all. And anyway, is getting punished after a failed shot now a bad thing? Isn't it the reason why many people whine about how OP awp is? You had much more freedom in terms of movement in 1.6, which allowed you to have a close range combats with an awp (and no, it was not easy, it would take you years to master), quickscopes were accurate, not some random shit as it is now. Also, you could make it harder for an enemy to kill you with doubleducks and bhops (again, takes skill to use it properly).

would actually say top 5 since xms rpk and scream can develop into really good players. (ScreaM top 9 atm) Happy needs to find new strats to actually get stuff working and sixer awp don't really like it but he can develop some sort of skill as well. We'll see.

if rpk and xms don't reach potential this team won't break top 10.i f they do top 5 is possible. scream is very good but has proved he is a duo carry not a 1 man carry like other players in the top 10 can be, shox,cold,olof , simple carry games by themselves. scream needs a team mate going insane with him. i don't think this team will ever be consistent enough to do well

Exacly...sad to see that EnvyUs join. I see lot more potential in LDLC lineup. to1nou and ALEX are rising stars, Ex6TenZ IGL and Maniac probably second caller.

EnVy just seems like a dying pug team crafted of left overs like FaZe was (I guess it's not that much so now) That's why I think joining LDLC would've been better cuz it's more 'stable'

EnvyUs with Happy leading is probably based on picks, ScreaM has his freedom...in the other hand Ex6TenZ wants to control all 4 players.

LDLC is not more stable at all lmao, it may make sense from a competitive stand-point, but in terms of job stability, NV is the much better choice. NV are one of the biggest orgs in the world thanks to their teams in other games and have the money to pay ScreaM way more, plus ScreaM already said on twitter that he is going to start up his stream again when he signs for his new team, making him even more valuable to NV because of how many viewers his stream draws in. Even if this team does shit and they get cut 6 months down the line, you can almost guarantee they will keep ScreaM

In current cs, Happy is not even close to be a good in game leader. When VP doing crazy stuff all over again, when dust2 in reserve, when fallen become great supermmind, and even Zues with couple of rejects doing some damage, Happys style is just nonsense.
