$6,350 Legend Series announced

PvPro and ELC Gaming have joined forces for a new tournament called the Legend Series, with the first edition featuring a €6,000 (~$6,350) prize pool and a live match in Hamburg.

Running from March 22 to April 1, the Legend Series will see 12 teams, eight of whom invited by the tournament's organisers, face off for the first prize of €2,000.

The grand final will be played in front of a live audience at Big Betty, the world's first mobile esports arena, near Hamburg, with the finalists being decided by a best-of-one round robin group stage, which will be played online.

nak's Red Reserve, who are living in Sweden, will take part in the Legend Series

The last four tournament spots will be filled through two open online qualifiers, both of which taking place next week and featuring up to 256 teams.
