DreamHack reveal Austin qual. invites

DreamHack have revealed the teams invited for the European and North American closed qualifiers for DreamHack Open Austin.

Set to be played out next Sunday, March 26, the European and North American closed qualifiers for DreamHack Open Austin will each feature eight teams, half of which will come from the open portion played on March 25.


Kinguin to compete in the European closed qualifier

DreamHack have now revealed the invited sides in each region. In Europe, GODSENT, HellRaisers, Kinguin, and MOUZ will get their chance to earn their spot in Austin, while the North American qualifier will see Misfits, NRG, CLG, and Complexity in play.

There is a single spot at DreamHack Open Austin on offer in each of the qualifiers. The winning sides will join the following teams at the $100,000 event on April 28-30:

wonder why mouz even plays the qualifier so far the never played one for an 100k Dreamhack Event and recently never played in one assuming they probably got invited to numerous ones directly. Maybe they realize it would be a good experience to play and maybe win a smaller Event.

we havent t1 teams like Astralis,VP,Faze,SK,North and still we have great t2 teams like NaVi,g2,Envuys,Optic,Immortals and Gambit. This year will be great. NaVi can return t1 team if finally win bo3 after group stage. Ps Gambit online suck, but i think this team looks rly good on LAN, and they can be t1 team.
