Cloud9 to Americas Minor playoffs over CLG

Cloud9 have taken CLG down in their second match of the Americas Minor to set up a semi-final match against Luminosity.

The clash between the two leading teams of Group B took place on Mirage, where CLG started out really well, taking home the pistol round and the following two rounds for a 3-0 lead.

Once Cloud9 got their usual weapon set-up ready, they tried to hold the momentum gained by their opponents, and the rest of the half was fought tooth and nail, with CLG taking eight rounds into the second half.

Stewie2K put on a great display against CLG

Cloud9 looked much livelier in the second half and quickly got out to a 14-9 lead, forcing Pujan "⁠FNS⁠" Mehta to call a tactical pause. CLG still managed to get a few more rounds on the board, but they would not be able to prevent Jake "⁠Stewie2K⁠" Yip's men from running out 16-12 victors.

dude, every team qualified from minor will go to offline qualifier for major along with teams qualified from minor from another region, and team on the last major that out on group stage such as G2, hellraiser, Liquid, optic, mouseports etc etc

This is the minor qualifier for the major qualifier where they will play against the teams that lost at the last major, and other teams that qualified through other region's minors... I doubt you saw optic qualify already? Explain that
