dignitas have eliminated Renegades at the PGL Major Krakow 2017 Main Qualifier after beating the Australians 16-14 on Mirage.

Renegades and Dignitas squared off on Mirage to stay alive at the PGL Major Krakow 2017 Main Qualifier. The Australian team started on the CT-side and won the pistol round. After winning the anti-eco, Renegades stopped Dignitas' early third round buy to go 3-0 up.

Aaron "⁠AZR⁠" Ward & company lost a 4vs2 in the fifth round as Dignitas got their first round on the board (4-1). Dignitas picked up nine consecutive rounds and finished 9-6 ahead on the T-side.

Dignitas secured the second half pistol round with a successful B-site retake. Renegades won the third round of the half with an early weapon buy, trailing 7-11. Dignitas made it 12-9 after winning a round but Renegades responded to reset Dignitas' economy (12-10).

The Aussies tied the game at 12-12 after winning two anti-ecos. In the following round, Karlo "⁠USTILO⁠" Pivac got two entry kills to open up the round as Renegades took the lead (13-12). Dignitas won two rounds in a row to make it 14-14, taking the game to thirty rounds. Dignitas won the last two rounds to win 16-14, eliminating Renegades and staying alive in the tournament.

Good to know. #50 said, eco frags and high impact frags count now very differently. Really good for the competition in general and MVP's for the future, in my opinion.

yeah, but I think it's kinda of nice, because now some retards see that some players with less kills contribute more for the win than players with insane scoreboard, that probably get every eco and exit frag -.-

pretty good effort by renegades legit could have won every match they lost 19-16, 16-14, 16-14 for there losses cant get much closer then that tbh.

true, you could say the same for dignitas, 14-16, 13-16, and if they lose this one 14-16... damn too hard aswell

When you get to 0-2 you have 1 chance out of 3 opponents to play Tengri (this isn't a massive luck for Dignitas), and the 2 remaining opponents were also a bit weak : Renegades and overall bad (OpTic).

Ye, but what about renegades draw? They could get hr, IMT, godsent. I'm talking not only about luck but about really bad performance from them

No money left, but jks had 1500$ remaining after his fullbuy he could have dropped him a UMP (having a UMP + tec9 on Nifty is always better than having only a tec9).

The non-australians ruined Renegades. Nexa was underwhelming all tournament and made some crucial mistakes (such as dying with the bomb out of position when it was 14-14) in the game vs dignitas. Nifty seems like he shits on tier 3 opposition, but can't do anything against better teams. jks should replace n0thing in C9, he plays the same roles but more efficiently. Get him out of elo hell.
