fnatic have secured their second win at ESL One Cologne after easing past Space Soldiers 16-3 on Mirage.

The first match of the day in Cologne featured a survival battle between fnatic and Space Soldiers as both teams were on the brink of elimination. The story about the first half was all about the Swedes' tight defence, which allowed them to cruise to an impressive 7-1 lead.

Engin "⁠ngiN⁠" Kor then gave Space Soldiers their second round of the game with two kills in a 1v3 after-plant. Even though fnatic enjoyed a considerable lead, most of the rounds had been very close, so money was still very low on their side. Still, the Swedish team managed to win the next round on a shoddy buy, which propelled them into a 13-2 lead, with Freddy "⁠KRIMZ⁠" Johansson finishing the half on 20 kills thanks to some strong individual plays.

fnatic were far too strong for Space Soldiers

Space Soldiers then found a lifeline as they picked up the CT pistol, but fnatic won the following round after wreaking havoc on the Turkish defence with Tec9s. With no money in the bank, Space Soldiers were helpless to prevent fnatic from running away with the lead and locking down the map.

No my friend global since always and elo always over 2000 on faceit. And played in top 3 swedish team around 2004 to 2006 when Olof was a tryharding silver btw. space hasnt awper. They cant peek easily like others t1-2 team.They try fast rush-retake on cache sk match but after the sk they cant win on any awp-based map. Every t round shappire says "spaces try to oldschool tatics" so yes they need to learn and have to take an awper

SS = tyloo, they have insane aim but they need some tactics, smokes, smart plays. SS still dont have a main sniper, calyx, ngin and paz trying with awp, but if u change sniper everyround it wont work. They need to kick paz and ngin and add mini(despe is shit) and w0xic. With this lineup they will have good sniper, 3 insane aimers and "a guy who is never surprised".
